We mourn the passing of Dolores Huerta, a pioneering force in the struggle for civil rights and a fearless champion of migrant workers and working people. Her courage and conviction helped shape the conscience of our nation, and her life was a testament to the belief that dignity and justice belong to us all. From organizing farmworkers in California to advancing the broader struggle for labor and civil rights, Dolores stood alongside those whose voices had too often been silenced. She understood that racial equality and economic justice were inseparable, and that lasting change required communities to stand together. For our family, her passing carries a deeply personal significance. Dolores shared a cherished friendship with my beloved mother, Coretta Scott King, forged through their shared commitment to justice and their work advancing the Civil Rights Movement. Their friendship reflected the deep bonds between the struggles for Black and Latino equality and the belief that our collective strength will always be greater than the forces seeking to divide us. Her enduring rallying cry, “Sí, se puede,” was more than a slogan. It was a declaration of hope and a reminder of the power of ordinary people to achieve extraordinary change. Our hearts are with her family, loved ones, and all those whose lives she touched. As we honor her remarkable legacy, may we carry forward her unwavering commitment to justice, build bridges across communities, and continue the unfinished work of creating a nation where freedom, equality, and dignity are realized for all. Sí, se puede. Yes, we can.

We're all paying the price after Republicans increased the cost of living - look no further than an order at Waffle House.

One of my favorite things is my mom sending me screenshots of myself at midfield for the coin toss. She’s watching the game like a proud mom, making sure she gets proof of her son doing his thing! 📸❤️ Moms gonna mom. 😂🤘🏾

AOC: One of the things that I find mind-boggling is that whenever we want to expand health care in this country, Medicare in this country, education, everyone’s first question in Washington is: How are we going to pay for this? Yet every single year, the United States Congress rubber-stamps trillions and trillions of dollars in current and expanded spending without anyone asking at all: How are we going to pay for this? By the way, the Pentagon has continued to fail every audit. They are paying for it with your health care and lack thereof. So it’s about time that we flip the equation and start asking, How can we afford war after war after war?

In Alabama, to get out the vote with @ShomariFigures and @DougJones. The energy here is powerful. Folks in this state know we are in another moral moment, and it’s up to all of us to stand up and defend our Democracy. It’s time to organize, to mobilize - and when we do that, we will win in Alabama and across the country.

Hillary Clinton: “The profit that the Trump family has made off of the presidency could pay for a full year of SNAP benefits for about 1.3M people, 600M free school lunches, or three months of groceries for the 5.2M people who have been thrown off SNAP. Wasting your tax money, the corruption is rife, it’s undermining government services, even our national defense, and hurting people who should be able to get support because of their needs for food or to pay their bills. We already know that he’s a fraudster”

I don’t remember my very first visit to Hickory Hill, and I’ve lost count of the causes and campaigns @KerryKennedyRFK and I have worked on together. But what I do know is how deep our friendship runs.

Just a few hours ago, President Trump said in the Oval Office that I should be tried in court because I dared to talk about the corruption coming out of the White House. If I've learned one thing from this past year, it's that you have to push back. I'm not going to be intimidated out of standing up for the rule of law and the country that has given me everything.

This is the America I believe in. When barriers go up, our young people don’t back down—they organize, they mobilize, and they show up to vote. Proud of the students at North Carolina A&T, UNCG, Bennett, and Greensboro College who marched to the polls. Mobilizing and getting out the vote is how we protect our democracy. Op: @isaiahrmartin

What an amazing day on the water in and around Mobile Bay. Sadly there is so much happening around the bay these days that threatens the livelihoods and quality of life of so many residents. There is nothing inconsistent with economic development and preserving the natural wonders and biodiversity of the entire region. But if we are not careful it will be lost for future generations. Stay tuned for more videos to come.
