Fabregas is doing a great job at Como, no doubt. But a big scoreline against Lens doesn't make him the answer for Chelsea, and the Premier League is a different beast from Serie A. He's had over 2 years, a project built around him and the backing to match. Xabi Alonso is still finding his feet, and you're already planning his replacement. We'll ruin him massively. This is exactly how we (Chelsea) end up resetting every season with zero results even after bringing coaches doing better elsewhere. Let Xabi build in a season or two, then judge him fairly. Fabregas didn't build Como in a day. Don't ask Xabi to build Chelsea in six months. 🔵.

Now this is the issue with Chelsea fans and maybe that's what the management does. Xabi Alonso hasn't even had his best footing and I believe he's fully committed to building a better and winning project if he got the backing he needs from the management, yet you've already shifted to bring another coach because he's performing a bit better thinking he'll do miracles with the team just because he's somehow related to Chelsea and Como beat man u and another team 9 goals. It took fabregas over 2 years to build the team he has today but you need Xabi Alonso to do it in 6 months and if he doesn't, he's chased away. Consider being patient and let the managers build their perfect squads overtime, just like Arteta did with arsenal rather than hopping from one manager to another with no results. Patience built Arsenal. Panic built Chelsea's last five seasons. Choose wisely. 🔵.
