BREAKING: A mystery seller is trying to dump about $500 million in data center loans all at once, per Bloomberg, days after the midterms raised doubts about many projects. The anonymous seller is auctioning a dozen loans, including a $25 million piece of financing for a huge Stargate site in New Mexico, the joint project of OpenAI, SoftBank and Oracle. Oracle has already sent that site’s developer a force majeure notice, a legal claim that events beyond its control may excuse it from its obligations.

$NBIS Arkady spitting fire 🔥 Day 2 Question: " So you think Chips are the biggest upcoming constraint?" Nebius CEO Arkady: "Capacity hmm, will be there, we have enough contracted already. Capital ... as i said before is not a problem, it is just a task. It is how you get there. We have a pretty healthy balance sheet. We have always been more conservative here. We used all kinds of instruments. From last week probably some of the capital sources are temporarily closed like asset backed and debt market ( 😅I chuckled at this more than I should have btw) But we are now working with customer advances and several other instruments that will provide us with enough capital to buy this next GW " And then my favorite Part : Question 2: Nebius has taken a more disciplined approach with the balancesheet. What is that? Is that coming from your background from running Yandex? Nebius CEO Arkady: "Just ... we are building a REAL company. A company is measured by earnings. How much value you generate. Healthy businesses generate cash" 🫳🎤

What if they pull out? What if they let the equity go to zero to acquire the company cheaper? What if their own credit gets downgraded because they step in to rightsize these businesses?

This is a pretty interesting $NOK read-through. @josephinvesting with the Nokia alpha as always. Anthropic is reportedly committing $45B over six years to ~460MW of Nscale compute capacity. Nokia invested in both Nscale's Series B and Series C, and more importantly, Nscale has already named Nokia its preferred global networking partner across data center switching, IP routing and optical networking. We don't know yet whether Nokia will supply the West Virginia build specifically, so I wouldn't call this an order. But if Nscale keeps turning into a serious AI hyperscaler, Nokia picked a very good company to invest in and partner with.
$NOK Anthropic just signed a $45 billion, 6 year compute deal with Nscale. Nokia backed Nscale's series B round last year, and their series C earlier this year. They are a preferred networking partner, meaning they supply switches, IP routing, and optical networking for Nscale's clusters.

$NBIS team, can I ask for a favor? Don’t you dare paper hand this until we break Burry. I’m shopping here. I’ll add more if we go lower. I’ll add A LOT more if we go sub 150. Sub 120? Just all in. If you like seeing my stuff and my takes and you’re not following yet, help a brother out and follow me to break the 50k barrier that’s been taunting me.

You’re about to find out why Trinity has dominated the game 2 years in a row now. Tito 2025 Champ Omar 2026 Champ Remz 2027 Champ? Come learn from the BEST.
+1,656.3% for the first half of 2026 Its been a crazy year to say the least and I hope to close out the second half with a strong performance. I trade aggressively and these returns don’t come easy. It’s my best and worst quality as a trader and something I continue to refine and reflect on. But, as a result I’ve got quite a few fun stories from this year that I hope to share with you all at the end of the competition if I make it through. Oh and I’m coming after @GnT_Trades record from last year.

This type of manipulation by Citadel should be illegal. Not defending Leopold's risk management by any means, but Citadel intentionally put out a bearish note on a surprise rate hike on Tuesday, bought out Leopold's positions at rock bottom on Wednesday, and now is participating in wild returns on Thursday. This is disruptive for the broader market, not to mention sleazy and gross.
OH. MY. GOODNESS. CITADEL HAS BOUGHT A MAJORITY OF THE PUBLIC ASSETS FROM LEOPOLD'S SITUATIONAL AWARENESS FUND. So...Citadel scares everyone on Tuesday about a surprise rate hike during FOMC that WE ALL KNEW was not going to happen... On Wednesday, the entire market freaks out about the rate hike which causes the selling to compound on itself creating 50-70% drawdowns across the board in high beta semicondcutor names... Which means Leopold who we now know had $45B of assets and was 400% LEVERED ends up being the sacrifice as he gets liquidated at what theoretically could be the bottom due to not having the margin requirements to keep solvent... AND THE PERSON WHO CAUSED THE SELLOFF WITH THE RATE HIKE FEARS ENDS UP COMING IN TO BUY HIS ASSETS FOR 40 TO 50 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR. By the way, Leopold is getting married this weekend. I think he wanted to make sure he wasn't getting margin called during his wedding. A vet on wall street in Ken Griffin takes out the young new kid. ABSOLUTE. CINEMA.

Absolutely diabolical. First big firm to come out about a potential rate hike. Market panics and puts Leopolds hedge fund into margin calls before scooping it all up. Keep in mind they liquidated him right into his wedding, today.

$NOK just reported. The print was solid, here's what matters. AI & Cloud sales grew 105%. Doubled. Order intake of €2.8 billion in one quarter, with half converting to revenue over the next twelve months. The backlog is stacking faster than they can recognize it. IP Networks accelerated to 16% growth from just 3% last quarter. That was the swing factor we were watching, and it delivered. Optical held at 20%. The CEO said it plainly, demand remains strong, supply is the constraint, and customers are placing longer-term orders because of it. Same story as Google. Guidance is intact and tracking above the midpoint. And the sneaky big news, Nokia is buying NXP's Arizona fab for optical component production, on top of San Jose ramping Q4 and Pennsylvania expanding 10x. They're building the US optical supply chain for demand they can already see in 2027 and 2028. Don't get shaken by the negative reported margin, that's accelerated restructuring, cutting legacy costs faster to feed the AI side. Comparable operating profit grew 18% with margins expanding. AI doubling, orders stacking, guidance intact. The transformation printed.
