Wow. For years, an official in Arkansas allegedly tampered with bar exam scores, pulling points from some test takers and giving them to others.
This caused numerous failing exams to pass, and resulted in "at least one instance" where an otherwise passing exam fell below the requisite threshold.

Kerry Washington reveals the exact reason she forced herself to direct episodes of Scandal even when she was exhausted.
Kerry: “Shonda asked me to direct maybe around season 3 and I think I had just become a mom. I was like, ‘Are you kidding? I don't want any more responsibility on the show than I have.’”

"Studies show" and the studies include one regarding overweight men who can't jump as high as competitive female athletes and another of the performances of 8 men over 30 years in which training, weight gain, injuries, and age were not controlled for and the men who did get faster were excluded.
Meanwhile, Will "Lia" Thomas went from runner-up at conference and not a single school record in the men's to national champion in the same event in the women's with a school record in every event he swam.
Craig Telfer went from finishing last in the men's at smaller meets to winning the national championship title in the same event in the women's
Camden "Sadie" Schreiner went from not even qualifying for state championships in high school against boys to finishing 3rd at nationals in college against women in the same event. He set zero high school records but multiple collegiate records.
Caitlin "Cody" Smith went from setting school records in the women's to finishing almost dead last every meet against men.
Schuyler Bailer set a national relay record and numerous club records in the women's but went to finishing last or second to last in almost every meet against men.
Patricia "Patricio" Manuel went from a 5-time national champ against women to getting knocked out in the first 21 seconds of a fight against low level men.
The Flying Bats soccer team in Australia who had multiple males on their roster won the Grand Final against women after an undefeated season, scoring 65 goals and only conceding 4.
The Fenix FC soccer team, comprised entirely of female athletes lost their first game against a men's team 19-0.
These are all individuals who have taken "HRT" for "a period of time".
Every single man on record who has switched to the women's division, regardless of whether or not he has been on HRT, has vastly improved his comparative performance.
Every single woman on record who has switched to the men's division has experienced the opposite.
But it is "literally" impossible to get men who pretend to be the opposite sex to recognize this because it interferes with their erotic fantasies of being women.

When Black people who live in states where we are outnumbered by white republicans and therefore are shut out of decision making we are told to be quiet and stop complaining.
As a SCOTUS justice said, "Land doesn't vote, people do."
Rural conservatives in deep-blue states are effectively governed without consent. In New York, Republicans win most counties yet still lose statewide by 20 points because dense urban and suburban voters in New York City and its suburbs cast the decisive ballots and vote overwhelmingly Democratic. The result is that rural and upstate communities pay the taxes, live under the regulations, and absorb the costs set by politicians they consistently reject. Same story in California and Illinois. Population density has become a veto over the rest of the state.
