We’re already the world’s fastest-growing major economy. But the next frontier isn’t a factory floor or a data centre. It’s the mind, and the heart behind it.
My new blog post is up, do read and let me know your thoughts. 😊

Major Vizag refinery fire at HPCL plant today.
I tweeted over two months ago the same.
Larger game is oil disruption and Indian being a major refining power has to be careful.
Larger game is total oil disruption by any means.
Ukraine's drone war with Russia has made Indian refining central to global fuel markets. These refineries are running on Russian crude. It is refining and shipping diesel/jet fuel to UK and US.
India is filling a supply gap the West itself relies on. @RShivshankar

Not good. India needs to get a security review including anti drone systems to protect all key infrastructure related to energy.
It is under attack all over the world from outside and from within.

This! THIS is my exact problem with Karna. A man who blamed everyone but himself. Yes, he was adopted. But he had loving parents (Adiratha and Radha).
His own inadequacies filled him with bitterness and hatred and yet he blamed providence and the whole world for his issues.
Your childhood explains you. It doesn't excuse you. At 50 plus, I still see grown men blaming their upbringing for how they treat their wives, their teams, their money.
Most of us never got a manual. My generation wasn't taught to talk about feelings, set boundaries or say sorry. We were taught to earn, save and keep quiet.
Fine. That was the opening balance. You don't get to keep restating it for 40 years.
Healing is boring, repetitive work. You catch yourself snapping at your kid in your father's tone. You stop. You apologise. You slip again next week and repeat.
Inherited beliefs are the hardest to audit. Money is always scarce. Never show weakness. Elders are never wrong. Some served our parents well. Many quietly cost us.
Breaking a cycle you didn't start feels unfair. Do it anyway. Your kids shouldn't pay interest on a loan you never took.
You can't choose what shaped you. You can choose whether you keep carrying it blind.

Shri Ram was exceedingly tall, broad and muscular. His collar bones were well hidden, his arms were long and shoulders like those of a lion.
Shri Ram is made out to be this cutie pie but in reality he was a big guy, the original tall-dark-handsome,
This is how Rama would have looked if the Ramayana had been adapted with a realistic approach and genuine consideration for Western audiences. Instead, what we're getting is an absolute eyesore.

There was a movie inspired from the life of the youngest serial killer in India... Infact in the world.... The Barot house. It was losely based on Amardeep Sada from Begusarai... The serial killer who was caught when he was 8.
Now what this 8 year old kid in Panchkula did to the little girl needs to be thoroughly investigated.
This 8 year old kid's brain is not wired right. How casually he walked his victim into a trap and after bludgeoning the child with a brick, the boy casually led her panicked father to the scene...
BIG RED FLAG!
This is the profile of a sadistic serial killer or someone enjoying the act of hurting. He felt nothing doing the act or covering it up later.
no one knows what's hindu muslim at the age of 10.
a monster killed a child on camera, keeps hitting the brick on her face, and these monsters are busy trying to find a communal angle in it and blaming RSS and movies like dhurandhar?? darindo thodi sharm krlo for god's sake i beg

Just saw one of the most violent videos that too by an 8 year boy hitting a 6 year old girl in a classroom in Panchkula, Haryana. Not sharing the video, but three things-
how come there was nobody around these classrooms, why was a 6 year old absolutely unattended to,
what upbringing has the 8 year old been getting - either he is seeing violence at his own home or is exposed to content without being monitored.
How come the teachers of the boy not aware of this, doesn’t seem like a sudden burst, seems like he knew exactly what he was doing.
Pure evil despite being a child.

Difficult to put into words the rage one feels towards the monster who did this.
I’ve asked my local friends from Panchkula and the Tricity to visit her with her favourite doll set and anything else she wishes for.
The one thing that breaks my heart is that this little girl is still too young to even emotionally understand what has happened to her. May this little gudiya recover soon and get back to being a happy little child. ❤️

Original Valmiki Ramayana has many such sharp conversations. Like when Sita implores Rama to let her accompany him to vanavas and he doesn’t agree to requests and arguments. Sita then questions his valour to provoke him. Sita is depicted as someone expert in arguments
