I was honored to with Will Milano, Chief Marketing Officer for Integrity Solutions to discuss the role of happiness, self-worth, and high-performance self-talk in sales performance and success.
No matter your skill level, you’ll never perform at the level you could if you're not experiencing positive emotional energy on a consistent basis. @AlanAllard joins the #MentalSelling podcast to share why self-concept and happiness are critical to #sales success. #salestips

You can be happy with who you are, have people who love you, and achieve. Start with who you are, surround yourself with people who love you for who you are, and then achieve all you want. You'll be happy and successful.

"we don't use headhunter and I'm not job-searching, so I see no reason to connect with you or speak to you." this isn't #networking done best. You could try a: "I believe in community and connection, even if I don't have a need for support at this time."
