Highlights from the AHSOKA cast panel at @comicconla 🦉 🔸 Rosario teased season 2’s ending with “interesting questions about what the future holds” 🔹 Natasha teased the interpersonal scenes and the drama between characters as shocking and intense. 🔸 Rosario and Natasha talked about filming outside for season 2 & the benefits / scope that brought to their performance and the visuals after using the Volume in season 1. Out in the cold, heat, even rain, as Natasha said “running through mud!” 🔹 When asked a question related to the live action medium (sounds like it’s something they’d like to see brought into live action?), all three of them got a bit hush hush. Eman mouths to Rosario something about the Clone Wars flashback, but she mouths back “No, but I don’t think we can really”…seemingly can’t talk about that in much detail… 🔸 Though the other directors’ episodes have been confirmed multiple times, it was still unclear for certain if Dave Filoni had both the first and last episode. Rosario confirms he does, and there will be big, epic moments in them! 🔹 Natasha talked about the grandeur of the practical sets in season 2. 🔸 Natasha thinks we’ll be really proud of Sabine this season. 🔹 Eman teases getting to spend some more time with “new” characters in live action (could just be talking about Zeb).

“The Mortis gods are definitely a thing” - Dave Filoni Cat’s out of the bag I guess with this one. A piece of the set from AHSOKA season 2 on display at Lucasfilm HQ: The Father, The Daughter, and the Son center stage amidst a conflict between the Nightsisters and the kaiju droids. Are the Ones friends….or foes? Saviors…or masters? OK, for some context, I have known about this mural, or more accurately this bas-relief, for almost a year now. I have alluded to it several times, I’ve even done drawing recreations of it, and done a small description of it. This is only a small section of the full thing. Not sure if I’m gonna share the whole set just yet or at all. I’m honestly so surprised that this was on display semi-publicly as I thought it would be a big piece of exposition that they would try to keep secret until airing. But, perhaps it’s only one piece of a much larger puzzle. AHSOKA season 2 premieres January 20, 2027!
