🇨🇳Xinjiang Military Region Finishes Batch Issue of the New Mengshi Assault Vehicle The hull is a flexible combat platform. The grille carries the Dongfeng mark, digital camo on the sides, a spare tire on the rear door, and a roof station that takes a heavy gun. A squad rides inside. Heat in winter, air conditioning in summer. Window glass and the windshield are ballistic, and armor plates drop over them against light weapons. Turtle gear is for the climb. Rabbit gear is for the open stretch. Tires are wide, tread is deep, and a front winch pulls the hull free if the stones catch it. The onboard weapon station is the part the report stresses. For a different task, several weapon fits swap in minutes, so the same hull changes the gun without changing the vehicle. China knows its priority building the assault vehicle for its people, Not war. #Mengshi #Xinjiang #PLA #AssaultVehicle #Plateau #Dongfeng #WeaponStation #BatchIssue #MadeInChina #AmazingChina #ProtectThePeople

🇨🇳Dongfeng Mengshi with CS/SW9 30mm Dual-Feed Revolver Cannon A Dongfeng Mengshi armored vehicle carries a remote non-penetrating turret with a 30mm high-rate-of-fire revolver cannon. Dual ammunition boxes on either side of the mount support independent feed paths for different round types, matching the early bare configuration of the CS/SW9. The same dual-feed approach has also been applied to related 35mm systems. Exhibition displays under CSGC branding and desert firing sequences show the turret in both static and operational form. The layout keeps the weapon fully remote, with sensors and fire-control equipment integrated on the roof station.
