⚾️ VBAとSwing Path Tiltは何が違う？
どちらもバットの動きを分析する指標ですが、実は測定しているものが異なります。
🔹 Swing Path Tilt
インパクトの40ミリ秒前に、バレルが移動する軌道面の傾き。
🔹 VBA（Vertical Bat Angle）
インパクト時点でのバレルの角度。
今回の比較映像では、
🔵 左打者：軌道面の傾きは急なのに、インパクト時のVBAは平坦
🔴 右打者：軌道面の傾きが急で、インパクトまでそのラインを維持
この2つに食い違いがあると、インパクト時にバットとボールの適切な接触が妨げられる可能性があります。
その背景には、打者が芯で捉えようとして、スイングの最終局面で補正動作を行っていることも考えられます。
💡 バットの軌道は、インパクトの瞬間だけでは分からない。
インパクトに至るまでの動きと、実際のバレルの角度を分けて分析することが重要です。

When we talk about individualising practice, it doesn't always mean creating a completely different activity for every player.
Sometimes small changes to constraints can allow players within the same task to experience different challenges.

Seeing a hitter make progress in the cage and struggle in games is something I've run into plenty. It makes me think about what we're asking hitters to adjust to in practice, and what we might be leaving out.
