The ball is in his chest here. Both arms on ball. Dude is touching him down, prior to ripping it out.

Really important. We have always thought CNS prophylaxis is needed in select patients & debated with what and when. All data presented today in #PCNSL session made me doubt that prophylaxis in any form truly helps. @ASH_hematology #ASH20 @tobyeyre82 @AaronGoodman33 @graham74GC
Very important data set presented by Dr Orellana-Noia on lack of benefit of CNS prophylaxis with *EITHER* IV or IT methotrexate. Thought provoking, unclear if we should abandon prophylaxis in high risk patients yet tho. Eagerly anticipating the manuscript. #ASH20

Please don’t inject bleach or drink disinfectant. Bleach injections cause hemolysis (where your red blood cells that carry OXYGEN break apart) and cause liver damage, and many disinfectants can cause dangerous burns or bleeding in your stomach. This tweet IS medical advice

Huge shoutout to @clevewhiskey for helping @ClevelandClinic fight #COVID19 by formulating/bottling hand sanitizer. Not their usual product with alcohol, but a very appreciated and necessary one. Let's show our appreciation by trying their other products clevelandwhiskey.com/
We have teamed up with Cleveland Clinic to formulate and bottle hand sanitizer. The health system is committed to keeping its caregivers and the community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have already produced and distributed almost 1,000 bottles.❤️ bit.ly/33JtI2I
Temperature check to get into work today, weird but necessary. So impressed every day with the @ClevelandClinic and proud to work here!

This is very important data- 20% of COVID-19 pts have another co-existing virus detected on RVP! We need to be careful not to anchor on positive RVP while taking care of sick pts with high covid-19 risk.
Higher co-infection rates (>20%) in COVID19 at Stanford med. Can't rely on stepwise triage algorithm. (E.g., Patient RSV or Flu+, enough chance of COVID19 that you can't rule it out) link.medium.com/alOn6PZLX4

Lots of attention at #ASH19 for @StatlerA16 and her work on how restrictive trial eligibility criteria limit access and applicability of new #leukemia treatments, especially for minority populations. #CleClinicCancer @CleClinicMD

JCAR 17 presentation shows high ORR, CR rates with less CRS and NT rates than some other CART studies. May be easier to administer as an out patient, but still need the infrastructure should there be complications.
New use for twitter. Tweet #ASH2019 mistakes to review and avoid for ASH20. 1) Do not settle for weak hotel coffee Saturday morning, it will lead to the 11 am crash and a nap in one of those power nap pod things 😂
Great presentation by Dr. Nastoupil. Short follow up but still impressive results from upfront obinutuzumab and lenalidomide. #ASH2019
