Starting to feel like chapters 1-4 all reflect some of the different endings that the game will have Lock in Chapter 1 - Neutral Route/True Pacifist. Good or bad, the end doesn’t change. (You don’t get the walkthrough if you don’t do pacifist though, that’s 100% intentional)

So crazy to me for Drakengard related reasons that Power of Spamton originally sounded like it was skipping on the motif. That shit makes me feel not normal at all. The way skipping and repetition are used to hammer in the themes of DR1 through its music is something special

Drakengard 1’s ost is genuinely groundbreaking. Using samples of concert performances of classical music, Nobuyashi Sano & Takayuki Aihara. Both had chops in the industry in the late 90s which was heavily inspired by Electronic & Trance sounds as well as Drum and Bass
