I buy from China specifically, 1688, Alibaba and sometimes Pinduoduo. Honestly, this is top level specifications identification. I like that he specified each product quality check individually and also still tell you what to look out for. This is spot on.
Once you learn how to shop directly from China, E.g Temù or shien your wardrobe changes completely. Call me cheap I don't care I ain't rich, I don't do fraud.😭 It's knowing what to search for. Here's my style after making plenty of mistakes. 1. T-shirts: Skip 100% polyester unless you're buying gym wear. Instead, search: • 100% Cotton • Combed Cotton • Heavyweight Cotton • 240-300 GSM Cotton • Premium Cotton • Mercerized Cotton The heavier the GSM, the thicker and more premium the shirt usually feels. 2. Jeans: Denim Jeans Temu is surprisingly good for denim if you know what to search. Search: • Denim Jeans • Cotton Denim • Raw Denim • Selvedge Denim (if available) • 98% Cotton + 2% Elastane • 99% Cotton Avoid jeans with high polyester content. The more cotton, the better they'll age and feel. 3. Body-hug clothing: Search: • Ribbed Knit • Modal • Viscose Blend • Cotton-Spandex Blend They hold their shape much better than cheap polyester. 4. Hoodies Search: • 400 GSM • French Terry • Cotton Fleece • Heavyweight Hoodie 5. Chains Search: • 316L Stainless Steel • Titanium Steel • PVD Gold Plated • Vacuum Plated These are far more resistant to fading than ordinary fashion jewelry. 6. Earrings Search: • 925 Sterling Silver • 316L Stainless Steel • Hypoallergenic • Moissanite (if you're buying stones) 7. Scarves Search: • Mulberry Silk • Silk Blend • Cashmere Blend • Wool Blend • Viscose Avoid the shiny, thin polyester scarves if you're after a premium look. 8. Loafers Search: • Genuine Leather • Cow Leather • Full Grain Leather (rare but worth looking for) • Rubber Outsole 9. Sneakers Search: • Rubber Outsole • EVA Midsole • Breathable Mesh • Leather Upper • Stitched Sole Pictures lie a lot The description usually tells the truth. Here's how I shop: 1. Read the material composition before anything else. 2. Sort by Most Orders or Best Selling, not cheapest. 3. Only buy products with lots of reviews or pictures or even better when a Nigerian has purchased it before they always tell the truth. 4. Read the 1-star reviews first. They'll tell you what the seller won't. 5. Look at customer photos, not the product photos. 6. Check the weight of the product. Better quality clothing is often heavier. 7. Read the size chart. Don't assume your Nigerian size matches. 8. If the title has words like "luxury," "premium," or "designer" but the material is 100% polyester, not everything but still move on. Your best friend isn't the product picture. It's the material, the reviews, and the customer photos. That's how you separate the gems from the junk. I hope this help. Things are to expensive for a country this poor.

Dear Nnamdi, I didn't really pay attention to this post, cos your first sentence portrayed you as a guy who uses Symbian phones to post. What struck me is the word "illiteracy". I'm in awe at your submission. What yardstick did you use to reach that conclusion? So, to ascertain your opinion, let's go band for band with our CVs and let's start with our Masters degree. E no go better for you if you no post am.

This person is brutal! You see that "fòbòpawò" that she first mentioned, it's still regular. But that "fòbòjagbà" that she mentioned last? I heard it last in Ayétòrò and you don't want to know the kind of person they use that word for. Ọmọ!

Today's your POP don't you think it is wise that you just focus on celebrating your POP rather than making a delusional post on the TL?
Many of the biblical stories we hold sacred were adopted into Islamic tradition centuries later. In fact, most of the historical figures in the Bible like ‘Abraham, Moses, and others’ are recorded in the Holy Quran, so when Muslims and Christians argue, they usually know where to draw the line. For instance, they don't dispute that Jesus was born of a virgin, though they argue that he is a messenger rather than the Son of God. However, Christians cannot vouch for the Quran because we don't know much about its contents, leaving room for the belief that it could have been fabricated. Given this, I don't understand why some Muslims criticize Christianity so intensely, often more than Christians criticize them. Despite knowing that these shared biblical accounts are also in the Quran, which should logically serve as confirmation of their reality, they still seem to believe that we are not practicing a valid religion and are simply living in sin. This makes no sense, especially since they share these accounts with us and Christianity came centuries before Islam.

It’s your mother, your father and everything you hold in life with love that will die. the moment of your breakthrough, it will be reversed to thorns. PART 2: What do you say in your cold email? First thing first, your goal while doing cold emails is not to close a deal “in the cold email” Your goal is to get them to reply. And jump on a call with you. So don’t go quoting your price in the cold email. Now, how do you format your cold email. First is greeting [Hi, Firstname] Second is say something about them to show you made a research. Don’t be generic. [Use something that you CANNOT send to someone else. One line only] Third the problem [why you’re reaching out] E.g, I checked your website and saw that it took 2 minutes to load. Fourth [what it’s costing them] E.g You could be losing potential customers everyday etc Fifth [the ask] Examples: - Are you available sometime this week to discuss this? - Is this a priority for you right now? - I made a loom showing how you can fix it in 2 minutes - I made a loom showing how to fix it in 2 minutes. Can I send it over? - I’ll help you fix your slow website and you only pay when it increases your revenue. Interested? - I made a free doc showing how to fix this, can I send it over? What you’d notice in “the ask” I MADE IT SUPER EASY FOR THEM TO SAY YESSSS Don’t be vague. Ideally use something they can easily reply YES or NO to. The money you do this, the money you get new ideas on how to go about this. You might even start sending cold emails without the whole personalized first time. But for a beginner, just follow this format until you find what works for you. FOLLOW UPS: While following up, don’t do the “hey, bumping this up your inbox” NO Instead, for each follow up, add more value. This would depend on what the first cold email said. So using the same example above. Follow ups, can be something like; - Hi Firstname, you’re losing at least five customers every time your site takes 2 minutes to load - Hi Firstname, your competitors site loads xyz time. - Hi Firstname, do you still want that loom video? Just keep using different things in each follow ups. This is already too long If you want me to make a detailed YouTube video, just say the word. You might wanna subscribe to my YouTube account and turn on notifications for when I post it: youtube.com/@maryann_abonyi?…

Earlier this year, I closed a $10k deal using cold emails. And as someone who have gotten the vast majority of my clients from cold emails, here’s a strategy that works: First, there are two ways of doing cold emails. 1: Automated 2: Manual (personalized) If you have a lot of money, go for the automated using softwares like instantly or smartlead. But if you’re a beginner, the second is what you should go for. How’s how: First create a new Gmail account After that, spend two weeks warming it manually. All you have to do is send emails to that Gmail, reply from it. Do this everything for two weeks straight. Now, you’re ready to send cold emails. But it doesn’t end there, the next thing you want to do is to give that email a lil professional look. And the easiest way to do this is to add an email signature. Here’s. A video showing you how to: youtu.be/X4k77veybI0?si=CoQU… Now there are two things left: - Leads - Offer For the leads, I use a lady in Philippines Abi Pakistan. I pay her around $10 or less for 1k leads. I give her the description of what I want and she scraps the list. You can do this yourself using Apollo. Or hire someone on fiverr like I do. Now after getting the leads, you also want to verify it. You can use a tool like million verifier. It’s affordable. After verification, you might notice that only about 70% of those leads are good. That’s not too bad. So we have a Gmail, we have leads. Now we need an offer. This is already getting too long, I might do a part two showing the next steps. Just lmk in the comments!

What are you suggesting sir?
Shouldn't take much wisdom to realize that these 4-year cycles of elections won't lead to positive change. Not when everything is in the hands of people of the lowest morals & emotional intelligence. Our leaders reflect who we are. Our present, the result of past choices. The future is gloomy. Welcome to it already. Or?

The way you people place monetary value on things makes me question whether we as human still value moments, relationship and memories from people whom we have once laughed, shared beautiful moments together.
A lot of things are wrong in this video, but I'll highlight two. 1.Why spend so much money building a grave with multiple steps? You can keep it simple and still honour the deceased without spending unnecessarily. 2.Why bury someone inside a residential compound when we have cemeteries? People rarely consider how this decision could affect the property's future marketability and resale value.
19
How are you comfortable carrying an imaginary foetus inside of you? Wake up joker.
19
There are many things to be worried about while building family, adding where to be buried after death shouldn't be something of so much concern. Unfortunately, it has become unavoidable to point out now seeing different takes online.
10
You people have no respect one bit.

If you're into Automobile business; Car dealership/Car sales, this is for you. This post is not intended to market any product to you. I just want to bring your attention to how you can be better at selling and make good turnovers. Before I continue, I want you to agree with me when I say you make nothing less than 500k-1M in profit selling cars. That's the least or say at average. But, most of these sales are as random as every other dealer would sell. No Gift No Bonus Just pay and have your Key and then Thank you. You all advertise the same way, some don't even attach the importance of buying that particular vehicle to you. They only sell the features. Do you know if you take out 50k-100k from that 500k or 1M you make from selling a car to buy a complementary gift for a buyer nothing will do you? 100k from 400k will not kee you. The only thing that can happen to you is referrals and more sales. Imagine Ebuka bought Rx 350 from Chinedu and in the car, he's getting; 1. 30kg fuel worth around 40k or less. 2. A Car GPS tracker just like this one I posted worth 25k 3. Or A Car Vacuum cleaner worth 40k directly from China. All inside the car immediately he's handed the keys. What Impression do you think Ebuka would have about your brand. Do you think Ebuka would not tell his friends about the surprise gift he got buying from you ? If in Ebuka's circle, there's anyone who wants to buy a car, where do you think that person would go to? At some point, he would not be concerned about the inflated price (even if your price is a bit inflated), he has been psychologically programmed to perceive your brand is one who cares about the happiness of customer just by the little gesture you stretch to his friend. That one person can bring you many people as time goes on. Adding bonuses or gifts that complements your product to your customers approach will increase your number of referrals than paying influencers ever could. You also need to sell good products too. Back to these products. You can start by buying 10pcs of each of these products for the next 10 customers that would patronize your business. If you're buying up to 50pcs, I will give you discount. This is applicable to every other businesses. People like to be Gifted. This has worked before and will keep working. Apply this to any of your business and trust me, you will never go wrong.

We need to start having honest conversations about this. I know a lot of tech big boys might not like me for this, but I'll be honest. I started my journey less than two years ago, and after studying how people actually make money in the tech space, here's what I've realised: YOU WILL MAKE MORE MONEY SELLING TECH TO PEOPLE THAN ACTUALLY DOING TECH YOURSELF.

I was scrolling through TikTok yesterday when I came across this video, he said he sent over 1,000 cold emails looking for international roles. Meanwhile, you sent 5 last week and another 5 this week and you’re already complaining that cold email doesn’t work.
