If it were feasible to implement a bi-national state, in which both Jews and Palestinians could live harmoniously together, that would be amazing. In the long-term, I think it's obviously the only sensible path.

You said to Randy Fine: "Maybe you should self deport to Israel"
To Will Chamberlain: "Why doesn’t he self-deport to Israel?" + "So I'll stay in this country. And you can move to Israel"
You call Noah's post an Islamophobic trope. Do you see the same antisemitic trope in yours?
I get insane levels of racism and Islamophobia from MAGA and Likud types on here but a reminder that self-proclaimed liberals and centrists are not immune to it either.
Here’s Noah Smith, a pundit, quite mainstream, saying I’d apparently ‘be happier’ living in the Gulf and ‘America would be happier too.’ Does he speak for America? Stephen Miller and Laura Loomer couldn’t have said it better.
Also, even a cursory look at my journalistic record of two decades would show it’s obviously untrue to claim I only care about the MidEast. But it is an Islamophobic trope, and the fact that I do care about the fate of peoples other than my own is indeed hard for a selfish racist nationalist like Smith to absorb.

Emerging details about the man who attacked Central Synagogue suggest he was a pro-Israel Mamdani critic who wanted to convert to Judaism.
Yet some are still blaming Mamdani for the attack.

Two questions I'd love never to hear again: "The Arabs have 20 countries. Why can't the Palestinians go there?" For the same reason that most Chileans want to stay in Chile, and not move to Mexico or Argentina. Palestine/Israel is the place they love, most of them were born there, and they have as much of a right to live there as anyone else.
And the parallel question: "Why can't the Jews go back to Poland?" First, most Israelis today are descended from Jews that came from Morocco, Iraq, Yemen, and other North African and Middle Eastern countries. And second, same answer: most were born there, have no other passport, and have as much of a right to live there as anyone else.
Few things are more deluded, damaging, or dangerous than talking of "another Nakba" for the Palestinians or fantasizing that "the Jews will leave like the French left Algeria." Neither will happen. This can only end with *some* form of coexistence. There is no other way.

I laughed reading the quote because he just now figured this out? But still a step forward.

Presidential candidate @RobertKennedyJr recently went on television & made claims about the Covid vaccine.
Watch as I fact-check each one with evidence!
Was he being honest? You decide.
