The holiday season is here. That means this starts the Q4 skid where nearly everyone puts on 15lbs from the holidays, seasonal depression, and the opportunity to hide it under a jacket.
Fortunately for you, you can simply fill out the form at the link in my bio and work with me like these guys did.
Then you do the total opposite, with plenty of time to pack on some new size before hoodie season is even over.
(For those of you that do, and have reached out, I’ve heard sometimes my emails with more information are sent to spam, so keep an eye out. First come, first served.)
This guy is insane, probably baiting, likely manic, and incorrect about almost everything, but I don’t know how you push send on a post saying this looks natural like so many are saying as a “dunk.”
Complete denial of reality and disingenuous circle jerking on here is what made people like this pop up, and what makes others take him seriously.

Emodin is not a single pathway supplement. It is a complete multi-target anthraquinone that simultaneously blocks cortisol regeneration, antagonizes estrogen drive, raises mitochondrial ATP while cutting oxidative damage, and hits anticancer and anti-inflammatory programs most molecules never touch in the same pass.
Before enzyme transcription even enters the picture, emodin selectively shuts down tissue cortisol reactivation, displaces estrogen at the receptor, clears nitric oxide brakes on respiration, and recruits HER-2, HIF-1α, VEGF, MMP, and fibrosis pathways inside one structure.
1. Emodin Starts Upstream: Cortisol Synthesis Blockade and Dual 11β-HSD Control
Emodin's primary stress-hormone target is tissue cortisol regeneration through 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1, the enzyme that converts inactive cortisone back into active cortisol inside liver and fat.
Selective Nanomolar 11β-HSD1 Inhibition:
Emodin is a potent and selective 11β-HSD1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 186 nM against human 11β-HSD1 (and 86 nM against the mouse enzyme). A single oral dose significantly suppressed 11β-HSD1 activity in liver and fat, reversed prednisone-driven insulin resistance, and improved metabolic readouts including insulin sensitivity, lipid handling, and hepatic gluconeogenic enzymes.
Dual Enzyme Control and Estrogen Antagonism:
Emodin goes further by downregulating 11β-HSD1 expression while raising activity of 11β-HSD2, the enzyme that deactivates cortisol, locking tissue cortisol from both directions at once. It is also a potent estrogen receptor antagonist that displaces estrogen at ER, including ER-α–linked suppression of breast cancer cell proliferation, with inhibitory effects discussed across other estrogen-sensitive cancers including prostate. Relative cortisol excess is a common reason sleep quality collapses after mid life, and reports describe deeper sleep, settled heartbeat, and a relaxed body once that stress tone drops. Cortisol block plus estrogen antagonism is the hormonal background most single-target agents never deliver together.
2. Gut Motility, Mitochondrial Energy, and Anti-Inflammatory Cover
Emodin does not stop at hormone enzymes. It simultaneously supports bowel transit, elevates cellular energy, and calms inflammatory tone at the tissue level.
Colon Motility and Local Inflammation:
Emodin reaching the colon supports bowel movement rhythm, reduces intestinal water over-absorption, and delivers local anti-inflammatory cover exactly where inflamed gut walls impair contractile tone. Digestion reports include smoother elimination, reduced bloating, and visibly improved gut comfort alongside systemic stress-hormone support.
Mitochondrial ATP and Cleaner Respiration:
Emodin increases mitochondrial oxygen consumption and ATP synthesis while decreasing oxidative damage, supports electron transport and NADH recycling back to NAD, and inhibits nitric oxide formation and iNOS so cytochrome oxidase is no longer choked by NO. COX and LOX inhibition add anti-inflammatory metabolic cover on top of the energy lift. Reports of warmer temperature, clearer vision, and higher mood track with that metabolic push.
Endotoxin and Barrier Tone:
Emodin ranks among OTC TLR4 blockers that blunt endotoxin-driven inflammation, reduces vascular leakage, and pairs systemic cortisol control with lower inflammatory drive. Energy up, stress chemistry down: that is the quinone signature.
3. The Anticancer Toolkit That Puts Emodin in a Class of Its Own
Where most anti-inflammatory or cortisol agents stop, emodin recruits HER-2, hypoxia, angiogenesis, invasion, and antifibrotic repair pathways across the same molecule.
HER-2 / Neu Tyrosine Kinase Suppression and Differentiation:
Emodin suppresses HER-2/neu tyrosine kinase autophosphorylation and transphosphorylation, preferentially inhibits growth of HER-2–overexpressing cells, and induces differentiation toward a more orderly, less invasive phenotype.
Hypoxia, Angiogenesis, and Metastatic Invasion:
Under hypoxic inflammatory stress, emodin attenuates COX-2, VEGF, HIF-1α, MMP-1, and MMP-13 at the mRNA level, cutting the hypoxia survival switch, vessel recruitment, and collagenase-driven invasion program in one stroke. Related work links emodin and aloe-emodin to ER-α inhibition in breast cancer models and lower HIF-1α with attenuated cachexia readouts in pancreatic cancer research.
Fatty Acid Synthase, Angiogenesis, and Invasiveness:
Emodin inhibits angiogenesis and invasiveness, blocks fatty acid synthase, and promotes cellular differentiation, collapsing membrane-building and blood-supply pathways aggressive tumors lean on.
Antifibrotic, Antimicrobial, and Systemic Resilience:
Anti-fibrotic studies report reversed fibrosis of heart and liver, with emodin framed as heart protective and as a serotonin antagonist with heart-failure relevance. Broader coverage spans antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal activity, plus antioxidant, memory-enhancing, and anxiolytic support. One anthraquinone, many disease fronts.
Emodin operates as a complete multi-receptor, multi-enzyme neurometabolic and anticancer anthraquinone by uniting nanomolar 11β-HSD1 cortisol blockade, dual cortisol enzyme control, estrogen antagonism, mitochondrial ATP elevation with lower oxidative damage, nitric oxide and TLR4 cover, gut motility plus colon anti-inflammatory action, HER-2 suppression, HIF-1α / VEGF / MMP attenuation, and antifibrotic systemic repair inside a single molecule.

Why?
Muscle takes a long time to grow and the healthiest bodies grow best, all else equal.
So worsened digestion, liver health, cholesterol markers (ldl, apob, vldl, etc…), and inflammatory markers make it difficult to stay healthy, and thus, to continue to stay on cycle and accrue muscle.
Plus, the shorter half lives make them pack more immediate “punch” in terms of cosmetic and strength effects.
But they don’t consistently remain in your system facilitating increased anabolism around the clock.
When I do QnA’s I get tons of cycle questions, almost all of which contain orals, or even multiple at different phases.
For most of you, that’s totally unnecessary, and you’d be happier and better off dosing the injectables a little bit higher
Test, primo/mast/eq and forget.
I forgot to mention “annoying” side effects beyond the health ramifications. Due to the fluctuations associated with shorter half lives, orals tend to be harder on hair, cause some acne, and give some more mood instability.
Obviously none of these, or those in the main post are a given, but more prevalent with less stable blood concentrations.
“So just dose them multiple times per day” then you’re even more likely to run into those GI sides, and your liver gets less of a break. Liver toxicity USUALLY isn’t as bad as most people think, but that is still one more opportunity to effect digestion and bile flow at the least.
People choose who they let their dogs or livestock procreate with more carefully than 90% choose the mother of their children.
That sounds kind of funny but really think about the downstream effects.
Everybody in community (at least) pays for it, even if just in terms of opportunity cost.

Doesn’t have to be this way.
You hire @AntiDoc 2-3 years and forget.

Update: I’ve taken it 3 more times since this first one.
If I wake up even a little bit before my body has decided it’s done sleeping, the residual tired feeling isn’t just present, but fairly intense.
Need to take it early in the night and make sure I’m getting to bed on time or it hits the next day hard.
The current best application is for those that can go to bed on time, and consistently, but struggle with the getting and staying asleep.
Sometimes I have work that has no choice but run late into the night and unless I can sleep well into the next morning, it is very much a no go.
Lemborexant aka Dayvigo is in fact all it’s touted to be, at least in my experience thus far.
Last night I fell asleep standing up.
Crazy off switch and sleep is extremely high quality. Have yet to wake up in the middle of the night when using it, though it’s early.
Definitely some lingering effects in the morning, but nothing too bad for me.
Sleep is one of the biggest struggles I hear of getting started with my coaching guys and for so many on here.
Very promising tool in the toolbox, especially for those on much harsher sleep meds that don’t even work as well.
So far I’m seeing lemborexant over its cousin seltorexant. Still yet to hear very much from anyone experimenting with daridorexant, which may avoid some of the grogginess from lembo.
**Anecdote attached is from a client with multiple nightly wake-ups that had gone on for years. (Also some love unrelated love for SLU-PP-915)**

I went to Catholic school in the 70s and 80s.
We were told over and over...
Sex is bad for you - guilt, depression, etc for life!
Drugs are bad for you - they'll melt your brain!
Rock and Roll is bad for you - beware the devil!
Now, any kid with a radio and a brain knew they were bullshitting you about Rock and Roll.
The sex part? Yeah, also bullshit.
The drugs?
After my first tentative hit on a joint, I began to think the drugs warning was bullshit, too. So I ended up trying many, many different things. For the most part, it was all bullshit. But not completely.
Some take it too far, and it does become a problem. Guess I'm lucky that my personality lets me step up to the edge and look over without too much risk of slipping into the abyss.
Still, when people find out they've been lied to, some are apt to take it too far in response.
Call it the pendulum response. Maybe it's just a whole lot of sheeple and a bit of Darwinism.
With the influx of steroid content and broader pharmacology content, I’m seeing an overcorrection, a lot like post-covid, actually.
The mainstream ideas and information about each were so incorrect that when people realize the truth, they feel they’ve been manipulated, and the pendulum swings back too far.
With Covid this was mass turning on the entire medical field and trusting nothing any doctor ever says.
With steroids, and a lot of other drugs lately, it’s not acknowledging anything as a bad idea.
“They lied to us about tren being the worst thing ever. I didn’t blow up my friendships or turn gay. I felt upbeat and ready to take on anything. They lied about everything, must not even be that unhealthy, look at my bloodwork. I’m increasing to 400mg per week.” — that is the sort of thinking I’m talking about.
We’ve now snowballed to anything but the most potent drugs being referred to as “cope.”
You can call a lot of it stupid, and it is, but if it is not yet, it will soon become clear that the hush hush approach to PEDs and discussion of enhancement was a failed experiment.
All of the pearl clutching and gasping at 800 total mg of test and masteron per week, for example, has and will continue to give way to 18 year olds on 1.5g of gear with plenty of gh and insulin.
By not being honest about the dangers, or what is actually dangerous, the rest is thrown out.
These guys see some good blood work and a 110/75 blood pressure on a heavy cycle, and are emboldened by knowing more (or feeling like it) than the stereotypical “never roids” bodybuilder types present as knowing, according to their advice, or the way they articulate it.
So the rational are fewer and fewer, and we have team “never steroids except for when I say so” (who also take steroids and caused this) vs. team “all the fuckin steroids, and gh, and meth” (who are obviously incorrect).
With a shrinking number of those in the middle, that are, and have been effective.
Very low dose dbol on training days only:
Believe it or not I’m kind of torn.
On one hand, it really isn’t doing anything that bad.
On the other hand, it isn’t really doing anything.
The pumps are probably not nothing, and maybe a little bit of strength, but it’s kind of just like…who’s this for?
I think most everyone would be happier with taking the full dose for a shorter amount of time.
Then the performance boost is way more significant which allows you to progress your lifts.
The mental side is stronger.
The pumps/mind-muscle connection are better.
But intuitively, muscle grows extremely slow, and I believe that longer less harsh cycles put on a lot more muscle in the end, so I don’t think I can say it’s completely retarded, even though that’s sort of my instinct.
One last thing to consider is that those mgs used on the oral could be more test, which will remain active in your system longer and build a lot more muscle over the long term, or it could even be test suspension, which isn’t hepatotoxic like the dbol and provides way more kick.
So official answer is I don’t know but I can think of lots of alternative approaches that I think would work better.
I can’t even understand how much one would take, or why, or what the prop is doing there, or whether 1ml would be worse for you than a bottle of Vladimir vodka.
But you’d be strong, yellow and strong.

Anyone tried this monster??? Seems very tempting
Sounds a bit toxic to the liver, but no pain no gain
Some of the worst compound experiences I’ve had in terms of *feel* (these are not given, and skill/dose issues, just for discussion YMMV)
1. Tren — bad sleep, sweaty, instant cardio hit, too amped up, hard to relax
2. DNP — bad sleep, big cardio hit, stomach issues, unreal night sweats making good sleep near impossible, wrecked digestion
3. Nandrolone — wet, heavy, lazy, foggy, hits the nips hard
4. Superdrol — stomach issues, horrible acid reflux that woke me up at one point, lethargic
5. Too much gear in general — watery, heavy, ugly, hard on cardio, lethargic, kind of angry, very hard to wind down or enjoy anything that isn’t productive
6. Cagrilinitide — disgusted by any and all food for over a week, super slow digestion, lethargy, listlessness
7. Mk-677 — violent, totally insatiable hunger. Insane water retention. I think I could literally eat until my stomach exploded
I didn’t see that Folligen and RU were on sale, great opportunity for the hairlines out there.
RU and Folligen have been daily parts of my regimen for a very longtime now. Folligen was even more impactful than topical minoxidil i think (not oral minoxidil though).
The cool thing about RU is it blocks all androgens at the scalp, not just dht.
So whereas something like a 5ar inhibitor (finasteride/dutasteride) will only really manage hair-loss downstream from testosterone, RU takes care of the rest AND dht.
