Mere blocks away from where a beloved #Bronx resident was run over by a MTA bus driver in a crosswalk last wknd, a neighbor captured this @NYC_DOT driver txting while operating a massive truck halfway into the crosswalk where this woman w/ stroller was crossing.
Last weekend, a 3-month-old was killed in a crash in Brooklyn caused by a reckless driver.
