'पीएमआरडीए'च्या वतीने पायाभूत सुविधांचा विकास या गोंडस नावाखाली ॲमेनिटी स्पेससाठी राखीव असणाऱ्या जागांचा लिलाव करण्यात येत आहे. या जागा स्थानिक नागरिकांना आरोग्य, वीज, पाणी, पोलीस सुरक्षा,उद्याने आदी महत्त्वपूर्ण सुविधांसाठी राखून ठेवलेल्या आहेत. त्या 'पीएमआरडीए'ने आपल्या माध्यमातून विकसित करणे अपेक्षित आहे.परंतु त्यांचा लिलाव करुन पीएमआरडीए या जागा खासगी विकसक आणि बिल्डरांच्या घशात घालण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत आहे,असा नागरीकांचा आरोप आहे. हे अतिशय चिंताजनक आणि गंभीर असून जनभावनेचा आदर करुन हा जागांच्या लिलावास तातडीने स्थगिती मिळणे अतिशय गरजेचे आहे.
