A property developer never sells their first building to fund the second. They do something most crypto holders never think to do. They go to the bank, borrow against the equity that building has already earned, and use it to buy the next one. The first property keeps appreciating. They never gave up the asset they believed in. Crypto can work exactly the same way.

Everyone’s celebrating institutional adoption. But I think they’re quietly celebrating the death of the thing they claim to love. The big promise is that we’re ushering in a whole new financial system, and yet the closer you look, the more it starts to resemble TradFi 2.0. Because when you strip it back, institutions really only want two things. Legal clarity and someone to sue when it all goes wrong. That happens to be the exact opposite of what DeFi was ever built for. One was designed to remove the middleman and the other simply can’t survive without one. And the part that should worry us is that the “safe” version tends to win by default. Full episode in comments 👇

Thank you so much for mentioning our effort @RAILGUN_Project
Privacy isn’t a monolith. It’s a stack. Not a privacy coin. Not a bridge. Not an L2. Not an alt L1. Not a narrative for KOLs and VCs to extract. Real decentralization comes from diversity.

Tokenising an asset is the easy part. Almost anyone can fractionalise a property and mint the tokens. Selling it is where it breaks. A token is only as liquid as the marketplace behind it, and for real estate, that barely exists yet. Then the harder question nobody asks. How do you even value the token? If the asset is revalued every few months, you’re trading on a stale number. That’s the whole game. I break down one of the few viable solutions:
Dubai made property trade like a stock, but it still prices it like a house. A tokenised apartment can change hands in minutes, whilst the price it trades against can be months old. @prypcocom new report says it plainly: fractional ownership widens access, but it doesn't create an exit. Settlement is fixed, but valuation hasn't caught up. So blockchains have solved the speed of the transaction, but not the integrity of the data behind it. That gap is fixable with protocols like @fetchoracle. More below ↓

My whole life I've been preparing for the future. Anticipating it. Creating it. I've never been safer and I'm excited for the future. The Honorable Justice in SEC v me should have her ruling out soon. Donald Trump will be in office soon. PulseX, PulseChain, HEX, INC are all functioning wonderfully. This makes some entities mad, but there's literally nothing they can do about it except be mad. It feels great to be wanted. Nothing can stop an idea whose time has come.

CZ only went to jail for 4 months Richard Hearts lawyers already beat the SEC Are we delusional to think the clarification coming thanks to this arrest could end up being bullish for PulseChain? One thing is for sure, the entire space is watching us again 👁️

PulseChain is better than XRP, and most other things. XRP just had an infinite mint inflation bug. Luckily, responsibly disclosed for a $250k bounty instead of exploited. Or you know, you could just use PulseChain and stop playing with garbage... PLS has The legendary ETH testnet

Ledger Flex sold at Singapore Airport confirmed to contain a spy implant! @BenYorke found suspicious marks on his @Ledger and sent it to me rather than using it, that was probably the best decision here. youtube.com/watch?v=Nf4FEFlg… xitter.cf/BenYorke/status/210908…
I have a $300 @Ledger Flex that I bought from the Singapore airport in summer (Metapod, should be fine?) I never plugged it in but it looks like theres some scratches on the casing, an indication of potential tampering? Anyways theres no way i can trust it (or Ledger) now

Just a reminder to everyone: We deploy many smart contracts across our different protocols and products. If a contract doesn’t meet our security and quality standards, we redeploy it. Not every deployed contract is finalized or production-ready. If you go digging for our test deployments and decide to interact with unreleased contracts or dApp websites before their official launch, you do so entirely at your own risk. 😈 Our official websites and testing environments are maintained with security in mind, but test contracts and experimental versions may be modified, abandoned, or replaced at any time. Only interact with contracts officially announced and verified by our team. All finalized production deployments will be announced through our official website: libertyswap.finance Security comes first. Always verify before interacting!

I weighed my Keystone 3 Pro, and it came in at 102 grams. Keystone’s official specifications list it at 103 grams. My scale tends to read about 1 gram lighter when I weigh other things, so I think I’m alright. 😆 Of course, matching the official weight doesn’t guarantee the device hasn’t been tampered with, but it’s a reassuring sign.

Most people spend their whole financial life asking permission to borrow. They just don’t realise it. DeFi isn’t here to replace traditional finance overnight. Anyone telling you that is selling you something. The two will coexist for years, and that’s fine. But there’s one difference between them that changes everything. Control. Think about buying a commercial building today. You go to the bank, they assess you, value the asset, and mint the money to hand to you. They’re using your asset as collateral the whole time. Slow, complicated, and it drags on for weeks or months. DeFi flips the posture entirely. If you already hold the collateral, you’re no longer asking anyone for anything. And that one shift changes everything about how you think about ownership:
