I exported my Grok Bot usage. 78% of my tokens were my Bots RE-READING old context 😳
965 million tokens since Oct 1. Only 1% was my Bots actually writing anything.
Here's how to check yours, and the fix 👇
One reply in my file: it re-read 47,369 tokens to write 402.
That's how Grok Bot works. Every reply and every routine run re-reads the Bot's whole chat. The longer the chat, the more it re-reads on every turn.
Check yours:
→ grok.com/dashboard
→ Usage
→ Scroll to "Usage events"
→ Hit Export
The fix: if a Bot's chat has been running for days, Duplicate it.
The copy keeps its settings, skills and routines. It starts with a clean chat.
Move anything it needs to remember into its description first. Duplicate drops learned memory too.
Then pause the old Bot's routines so nothing runs twice.
Save this for your next usage scare 🔖
I want to see the Tesla roadster live cell phone footage from the people in this clip - can someone point me ?
@bot check every 1 minute, until 5:30AM PT, when the apple store comes back online. Currently it says "Be right back." Here is the link : apple.com/iphone-duo/ - When it comes up, send an alert to my phone and reminder to post it's back up on X and then stop the routine.

Founders should be leading sales from zero to $5M.
Juggling everything else is what burns you out.
Talking to customers, understanding the product, and closing deals is where a founder belongs. That work creates actual value.
What drains you are the fifty 30-second admin tasks after every call. Logging notes, moving deal stages, and updating fields.
Anyone can vibe code a simple CRM in an afternoon now. Storing contact records was never the problem.
What founders actually need is software where agents quietly run the database and structure data directly on the backend.
Take the administrative drag off founders so they can stay focused on what humans are still needed for: talking to people and driving revenue.
A founder spending all day talking to customers instead of babysitting a CRM is how you actually hit $5M.

In the age of agents, systems of record have never mattered more. They’ve also never been less prepared for what’s coming.
Today, we’re announcing @attio's hybrid architecture, with the controls of application software at the scale of infrastructure.
To agents, Attio looks like a database, queryable in SQL - a language they're RL’d on. Unlike a database, the business logic, policies, and compliance sit behind the query.
This makes all of Attio’s data accessible by agents in the most powerful and flexible syntax. It gives GTM teams an order of magnitude more value from their time, with the full power of agents working across the entire customer lifecycle.
A new shape of software is here.
