Lt General Rajeev Puri recently completed his tenure as commander of the 17 Mountain Strike Corps. In a letter to General Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Eastern Command he has raised significant concerns in his review of women Commanding Officers and observed that these women officers do have ego issues, exaggerated tendency to complain, rigid styles and lack of empathy.
