A great podcast episode from @AussieFirebug is aussiefirebug.com/jeff-speck… Featuring @JeffSpeckFAICP author of Walkable City: How Downtown Can Save America, One Step at a Time. He talks about how damaging car centric sprawl is for communities.

It’s really sad how many people without kids I meet who have heard that having a baby is absolutely gruelling, endless, exhausting work. Sure, it’s a challenge and a change of pace, but it’s nowhere near as bad as is often suggested. We’ve got to stop being so down on parenthood!

This is not trying to be funny or smart but What a horrible existence you would have if you supported Carlton. I could not fathom having to deal with this every week for the last 30 years

Really enjoyed this interview, thanks @AussieFirebug for creating such a great content for your listeners 👏
Today is a very special episode because Steve McKnight is one of three people who I’d consider as the most influential figures for me to come across throughout my investing journey. So as you could imagine, I'm very excited to share this one. Enjoy 🔥🐞 aussiefirebug.com/steve-mckn…

I spoke with @AussieFirebug this week about why I think we should scrap superannuation. We also talk about my housing market predictions. Really got into the details. Was a fun chat. podcasts.apple.com/au/podcas…

It was awesome to catch up with @AussieFirebug in person yesterday. We roamed the streets of a small country town in Victoria, nerding out on financial topics, while detouring through random shit like UK beer, getting in a zen state, the city of Adelaide and thermomix's 😎

Trevor, thanks for this brilliant summary. You’ve made me sound half decent. I was really off my game during the recording (I was crook) so there is a lot I didn’t say but I tell you what, Matt is a great interviewer. One of the best I’ve come across.
