Tesla sales will not recover beyong 1.5M annually. There will not be an approved FSD on the roads, So called cybercab will not be ready before 2027 and robotaxi will not scale at all. Optimus part is far in distant future. As soon as 1T$ incentive package will be handed over to Musk ( practically 26B$) all these points will be recognized by the market. $tsla

We’re scaling in a big way as we add nearly 250 square miles to our service areas from coast to coast. Over the next week, folks in Los Angeles, San Diego, Nashville, Orlando, and the San Francisco Bay Area can go even further with the same safe and reliable @Waymo rides you’ve come to love. waymo.com/blog/shorts/more-p…

How is it that anyone thinks of Elon Musk as a "genius engineer?"
Credit where it's due: Tesla's driverless miles are growing fast, 30% in a single week, and Austin now has a real Tesla fleet carrying the public without anyone in the driver's seat. A year ago, that wasn't the case.
But "never a real contest" is a strange thing to say when you're behind by 7x on weekly miles and 87x on cumulative miles, and your one win depends on comparing your newest week to your rival's data from last spring.
What stands out to us is the type of autonomy Tesla is deploying. In 2020, Musk wrote that "Waymo is impressive, but a highly specialized solution," and that Tesla's approach was "a general solution." For years, Tesla fans dismissed Waymo as a geofenced system that only worked in mapped areas with lots of restrictions.
Now look at Tesla's Robotaxi: geofenced, no highways, avoiding railroad crossings, taking 70 minutes for 10-minute trips, and limited by hours because the software isn't ready for anything with "the slightest possible risk." By Musk's own old definition, that's a highly specialized solution. Waymo is the one driving on freeways now.

Tesla's biggest earnings-call takeaway was the continuing deterioration of its business. $TSLA
Tesla will never ever reach general autonomy with 8 cameras. What we see is geofenced preprogrammed solution which is widely inferior to other companies. Current show is just to pump the stock $tsla

SpaceX will never build a permanent facility on the moon. SpaceX will never reach the moon. SpaceX will never have AI data centers in orbit. These are impracticable fanfics being sold by a famous liar in Musk.
Elon Musk explains how to build AI satellites on the moon from lunar silicon and aluminum, and says 500 to 1,000 terawatts a year cannot be launched from Earth
“Well, the lunar soil is 20% silicon or something like that. So you can mine the silicon on the moon, refine it, and create the solar cells and the radiators on the moon. So get the radiators out of aluminum. So there’s plenty of silicon and aluminum on the moon to make the cells and the radiators. The chips you could send from Earth because they’re pretty light. But maybe at some point you make them on the moon, too."
"Like I said, it does seem like a sort of a video game situation where it’s difficult but not impossible to get to the next level. I don’t see any way that you could do 500 to 1,000 terawatts per year launched from Earth.”

NEWS: The Nevada Transportation Authority has issued @Uber subsidiary Aviari Services, LLC its Autonomous Vehicle Network Company permit, dated October 22, 2026.
The permit allows Uber to connect passengers with fully autonomous vehicles for paid rides in Nevada. It caps Aviari at 1,000 fully autonomous vehicles in total during the first 12 months.
Operations are limited to the area approved in the NTA's September 22 Compliance Order, and any geofence change needs written notice to the NTA first.
Uber joins Zoox, Tesla, and Waymo with an AVNC in Nevada.

Must suck being a taxi driver or uber driver in markets where Waymo and Tesla are ramping their operations. One day the market is there, and one day it isn't. Not quite overnight, but faster than most will see coming. A lot of people use these jobs as their main source of income.

Tesla stops its Robotaxis production line because Elon Musk is stalling Robotaxi rollout. It financially benefits $spcx shareholders to keep $TSLA price down.
Tesla’s Cybercab production is now outpacing Robotaxi fleet deployment!
According to Tesla VP Lars Moravy, the production line is moving faster than vehicles are being deployed into service.
• 78% of manufacturing processes automated
• 100% automation in body framing
• 25 final assembly stations
• Approximately 50% less factory space per vehicle
Tesla is building the manufacturing capacity to scale Robotaxi operations.
The next challenge? Turning production capacity into real-world fleet expansion.
