I have located training of judges on disinformation just prior to 2020 election. The videos in the following posts show what Spaulding, the ABA, the NCSC, the Brunswick Group & Mary & William Law School worked together to influence judges in “preparation for 2020” This is a significant find, because it shows Spaulding fed the judges a lie, that she knew to be false because, as she likes to remind everyone, she was in charge of the men & woman protecting elections & did the evaluation of “Russian interference” Spaulding enlisted the ABA & NCSC to carry this lie forward to all the judges - including those in non- USA jurisdictions. NCSC worked hand in glove with the ABA to do this. See pic below from October 5, 2020 ABA Journal article titled “How can courts counter disinformation? Arizona task force releases recommendations” NCSC then works with the Brunswick Group to develop training material/playbooks for the courts. accesstojustice.nmcourts.gov… This is the 2022 version - they used Spaulding’s Beyond the Ballot report (that I have explained before is using bad data). The earlier version they state was funded by States Justice Institute- fully funded USAID org established by federal law in 1984 to award grants to “improve the quality of justice in state courts, and foster innovative, efficient solutions to common issues faced by all courts.” I couldn’t find the earlier version. They push training through a joint venture started by NCSC & William & Mary Law School in 2005, the Election Law Program. NCSC is quoted in a now deleted 2020 NCSC newsroom release: about the trainings: “With the presidential election fast approaching, the program is hosting a series of webinars with the theme “What Happens (In Our Courts) When America Votes?” This election season, as everyone who follows the news knows, has been extremely litigious, and the Election Law Program is doing everything we can to provide the best information to judges and other court professionals,” said Amy McDowell, NCSC’s director of executive leadership education and its liaison to the Election Law Program. “The webinars are just another way we can fulfill our mission to help the courts as they work to rule on election law cases.” “To date, over 240 election law cases have been filed in state and federal courts,” said NCSC President Mary McQueen. “The Election Law Program is designed to provide nonpartisan information to judges and other court professionals about various questions that might arise in election law cases. During 2020, NCSC has hosted a series of webinars on ways state courts can navigate the challenges of COVID-19. They predispose judges to classify election challenges & information coming to their court as “Russian interference” I argue, what the heck are they doing training judges since 2005?! In 2024, for the late term abortion question on the ballot - in early ballots & early voting the data showed Trump supporters opposed the late term abortions close to 85% in a couple of states. On Election Day the Trump supporters opposition went down to 55%. Counting mail-ins after election day it lowered to 37%. Meaning vote manipulation on ED & counting mail-ins after Election Day significant vote flipping occurred. Is that a correct assessment of what you said?

Yes, strategy to reduce and expose the cheating is such a bad thing, lol. For those in the back of the room: Early voting expands the window for ballot handling, storage, and processing with virtually no public oversight. Election-day voting concentrates the process into a single day at observed locations, raising the difficulty and visibility of any irregularities. Those who benefit from reduced transparency and outcome-determinative election modeling processes promote early voting. Citizens also have no meaningful oversight of early ballots. They have at least some presence and observation on election day. Manipulation will be attempted either way. The practical choice is between an environment that makes undetected activity easier or one that makes it more costly and more likely to be exposed. Exposure of systemic irregularities remains the primary threat to long-term control of the process.

A box of blank Maine absentee ballot return envelopes, part of a shipment of sensitive electionmaterials that never arrived at the state’s Bureau of Corporations, Elections, and Commissions, was delivered to a residential house in Cambridge, Maryland. That house is the listed headquarters address for the Center for Civic Design, a left-wing election-design nonprofit with documented funding ties to George Soros-backed grantmakers and the Arabella Advisors network, as well as direct connections to Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows. State investigative records obtained by The Maine Wire and detailed in reporting by Steve Robinson show detectives recovered 498 of the 500 missing envelopes from the group. The investigation was closed without determining how or why the package was redirected. UPS told authorities a subpoena would be required for additional tracking and surveillance records.
