In 2022 and 2024, Maricopa County was a disaster. Between the Elections Department and Stephen Richer, it was impossible to get information.
This election, @azJustinHeap has almost religiously had information available to parties every day and drops at 8 am from the previous day’s data.

By dismissing the case, the judge basically affirms the following statements:
✅The 2020 election was hacked, Dominion ran it, and he possessed electronic evidence proving the hack.
✅Texas hired Dominion to study the 2018 Dallas election, giving Dominion two years to reverse-engineer how to hack an election.
✅Dominion’s technology originated in Venezuela and was developed for Hugo Chávez to rig elections.
✅Smartmatic became Dominion through corporate transactions, carrying election-manipulation capabilities into U.S. elections.
✅Systems allowed administrators to override security and that weak security extended manipulation capabilities to foreign actors.
✅Dominion machines used an algorithm that weighted one candidate’s votes more heavily than another’s.
✅Trump’s support exceeded what the manipulation algorithm could overcome through smaller-scale cheating.
✅Georgia tabulating machine sent results to China and that he had personally seen photographs, computer forensics, and IP traces supporting that claim.
✅Dominion paid for a shredding truck to destroy 3,000 pounds of ballots, with payment connected to a Dominion credit card.
Recommendation: DHS needs to conduct professional, transparent Physical Configuration Audits of Dominion (aka Liberty Vote) tabulators performed all across America.

2020 was stolen by mail in ballot fraud here in Maricopa County. This is one of the reasons why Rep Alexander Kolodin's legislation to verify mail in ballots at Vote Centers was adopted.
There were over 56,000+ undeliverable mail in ballots in 2020 here in Maricopa County. Those ballots cannot be accounted for and were not returned to the Recorder's Office for cancelation. (See Verityvote.us) This is a definite flaw in the system that must be addressed by Recorder @azjustinheap.
The USPS cannot be allowed to keep undeliverable mail in ballots which can later be fraudulently voted and inserted after-hours as we believe occurred in 2020. ATTENTION MARICOPA COUNTY RESIDENTS!
Election-day voter disenfranchisement is unacceptable. Yet, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) has effectively dismissed my concerns about known election-day problems. Regardless of Party, we all want and deserve fair elections. There's still time to act before November 3!
As a roving election attorney since the 2022 primary, I've observed an average of 10 vote centers during each of the past five Arizona elections. I witnessed the printer problems in the 2022 primary that foreshadowed the general election debacle. I served on Kari Lake's post-election legal team, and I testified at her trial.
The pattern: Problems observed during primaries reappear on a larger scale during general elections.
The problem: I observed at 10 vote centers during the July 21, 2026 primary, and here is what I saw:
1. Site books failing simultaneously at 8 of my 10 vote centers.
2. Broken tabulators at 3 of my 10 vote centers that the Maricopa County Elections Department (MCED) failed to replace.
3. MCED has decided to ignore the law by NOT TRAINING poll workers to encourage on-site tabulation of mail-in ballots, which will ensure that AZ voters will not know the final election results for 7–10 days.
4. Voting resources misallocated among vote centers.
I documented these problems in a report submitted to the BOS. After more than a month, Deputy County Attorney Joseph E. La Rue responded, essentially dismissing my concerns without offering concrete solutions. I challenged his response in a detailed rebuttal.

In our South Dakota 2026 Primary election - over 10 races in one county alone mock election test results vote % spread magically matched the actual election results vote % spread. Then the county auditor, Sabrina Green, deleted all the mock election data.
The statistical probability of that happening is ZERO.
It appeared the outcome was predetermined in the testing environment.

On Friday, May 29th, 2026 the mock election results were displayed live via the Knowink Total Vote Election Results page. After the SOS was notified they were quickly taken down. Candidates and citizens obtained screenshots prior to takedown.
Is it random chance that mock election result % = ENR results perfectly?
