Imagine having a concept of game balanced so fucked that any scenario where poke is not indisputably the best playstyle is "Melee being overpowered"
This is a HERO shooter this is THE SUPERHERO shooter.
Buff melee.
Buff Daredevil.
Buff Ironfist.
Buff this buff that.
This is a hero "SHOOTER" people like this do not understand if this game was melee dominated it would be the death of it.
There is a good reason fighter genre games are highly respected skill-wise.
But they are not successful.
If you want your gameplay to be melee ONLY and you are always complaining about how you can get SHOT in a SHOOTER game, there is plenty of fighting games where no one will shoot at you, go play tekken, streetfighter, 2xko.
Whatever makes you happiest.
This will never be a melee dominated game.
And melee heroes should never be too strong.
