Hey @P_Ratchford , is this why you hired @OthmanMekhloufi and insisted on keeping him? You were repeatedly asked to fire him, but you refused, even though he was highly unprofessional, unproductive, and rude?

The real reason the EU withdrew it's offer to Carney of an Associate Membership. Trump called the EU’s proposal to make Canada an associate member “laughable” and said if he interpreted the move as a “hostile act”, the US might stop trading with Europe “on many things”. aljazeera.com/news/2026/10/2…

The BCTF has always scared me, because of the way they politicize teachers, students and classes. They are political grifters who need to butt out of the lives of parents and students -- and yes, teachers too! Go to hell BCTF. Millions of British Columbians would have been "scared" if the NDP won last weekend's provincial election because it would have meant the complete destruction of BC.
BC POLITICS: The woke BC Teachers’ Federation, which represents every public-school teacher in the province, sent members an anti-Conservative letter warning the election results may leave them “scared.” Parents need to be vigilant about their kids’ education.

‼️BREAKING: Quebec-Ottawa feud EXPLODES OPEN as PSPP boycotts Carney’s EU summit on Quebec soil. He also said Quebec wont attend to simply "serve the shrimp" 😂😂 Love this guy. The new PQ premier is refusing to attend the Canada-EU summit in Montreal after Ottawa denied him a speaking role. He’s sending a scathing open letter to European leaders warning that any deals made without Quebec’s consent “will simply not be implemented.” Latest: PSPP boycotts the summit entirely Open letter accuses Ottawa of sidelining Quebec and withholding critical info Warns Europe: no Quebec buy-in means no provincial implementation “Neither a chair at the negotiating table nor the opportunity to speak” “This dynamic creates uncertainty as to the application of the agreements you could negotiate” Ottawa is “retaining critical information… by fear that they do not match the democratic will of Quebecers” Rejects being reduced to “serving cocktail shrimp” as a spectator Calls it a strategy of “vassalization” of Quebec LFG, Stick it to Ottawa my man! Love this guy!!

They weren’t federal targets. They were provincial targets set by the NDP and the hamstrung local councils. It’s a very good thing that he’s scrapping that plan.
Replying to @Prominent_Bryan
I mean, like the federal targets, they were never real and had zero chance of being met.

I don’t know what’s wrong with you, but that is a great decision. I’m heavily involved in municipal politics and that was one of the policies that Amstrong counselors. It also annoyed municipal residence as they no longer had control of their OCP. Scrapping, the idea puts the power back in the hands of the counsellors and that is a good thing.

I don't need your lectures. I asked you two simple questions: 1) Othman openly admitted to sabotaging OneBC on behalf of CPBC. Were you part of the sabotage, or were you fooled by the "brown kid"? 2) Were you aware that he is negotiating on your behalf before the election to drop your lawsuit? Or were you fooled again?
It was only with great reluctance that I terminated both you and Othman from caucus. despite what either of you may say now, we had lightning in a bottle. I knew then that the kind of disunity being sown within the party would extinguish OneBC’s prospects of electoral success, which unfortunately it did. Perhaps there is a timeline in which somehow I persuaded you to rise above your grievances with Othman and our tiny little team continued together to shoot right past the Rustad Conservatives lumbering under the weight of their own internal divisions. It was not meant to be. I gave Dallas and OneBC and this province everything that I had and I have no regrets. I wish you both well in all your future endeavors.

This guy is absolutely not fucking around. Hit the translate button on his post....you won't regret it.

Don't waste your energy on him, Dan. He's clearly retarded. He's desperate for relevance. He's been booted out of everything he's tried. Just ignore him, he'll go away.
This scumbag needs to be arrested for blackmail and offering bribes. YOU are who the grassroots needs to get passed to form sensible democratic government.

I'm sorry, but you lost me. You're talking about Bolsonaro, but you talk about criminals. Are you confused? It wasn't Lulu that they brought in, it was Bolsonaro. Lulu is the criminal. What have you been drinking? Or what substance have you been abusing?
So, turns on Donald Trump and MAGA have absolutely no problem with illegal immigrants with pending charges coming into America at all. Go. Figure.

This is true. Also, they weren't First Nations in the sense that they were First. My ancestors are Vikings, and my Viking ancestors were here between four and five hundred years before the first natives showed up. The natives were a horrible, messy group of individuals who slaughtered each other, raped and pillaged villages. They wiped out the Hurons. Go try and find a Huron. The Cree completely demolished them. They were only First Nations by virtue of some DEI judge to decided to arbitrarily draw a line at a certain date and time that would allow them to carry that moniker. But my Viking ancestors were here long before, and you'll never take that from me.
I hate that there are so many Indians from India in Canada that I can't call our own Indians (the feather kind) Indians anymore without confusing everyone. I refuse to call them "First Nations". They never were a nation. It was a bunch of tribes who hated each other.

I tried this tonight and logged on, took the short tour through it. What an excellent application. Totally anonymous, secure, just a wonderful piece of architecture for pushing democracy forward. This is a great piece, and should be widely accepted. I've recommended it to thirty of my favourite people in the political space.

🚨🇧🇷 BREAKING: FLÁVIO BOLSONARO RELEASES EXPLOSIVE STATEMENT FROM THE UNITED STATES! “I address the Brazilian people and the international community as the true elected president of Brazil.” Flávio Bolsonaro refuses to recognize Lula’s electoral victory, denounces what he calls massive electoral fraud, and confirms that he has left Brazil with his family. “There is no arrest warrant against me because I have committed no crime.” He accuses Brazil’s Supreme Court of political persecution and vows to lead the opposition from American soil. “I left Brazil, but I have not abandoned Brazilians. This struggle did not end on October 25. It will only end when Brazil becomes a free country again. And that day will come.”

💥EMERGENCY ACT SCANDAL: ATIPS reveal Trudeau's government staged a dry-run rehearsal for the Rouleau Commission for narrative control—and wrote Rouleau's findings and recommendations before the Commission's final decision. TIMELINE OF EVENTS: June 14, 2022 — Government officials gathered for a "dry run," and PCO wrote the agenda. June 15 — Six departments brief the Commission's two co-counsel, off the record, "to provide an opportunity for the government to provide context and narrative." Feb 5, 2023 — The government drafts its response to a report not yet written and offers recommendations. Framing holds "irrespective of the findings." Drafted to protect the litigation. Feb 17, 2023 — Rouleau's central finding is "a failure in policing and federalism" — the same frame the government put in its briefing deck eight months earlier. Most of the government's own list comes back as recommendations.
