Had a great bullpen yesterday night! Arm was feeling great and we were humming! Got some bp in as well! This was my third night in a row working out! Getting to that time of year where we gotta move indoors!

Justin Verlander's ending was one for the ages. Had to add the moneyball music, because how in the heck can you not be romantic about baseball after something like that?

It was raining on Friday but headed inside for a bullpen and some live ABs! Faced 7 total ABs (not all got filmed, camera fell) but had 5 Ks and 1 soft ground ball and 1 hard ground ball! Arm is feeling good! #AGTG @BRXperformance @Jhooo_1 @prestonleon55 @KGaines09

Great Saturday morning workout with @hubbard_ma28187 Both started off with tee work then moved to overhand toss. First 2 rounds just focused on making good contact then did outside, off speed & 2 strike. Also threw plyos & long toss! #AGTG @BRXperformance @Jhooo_1 @prestonleon55
