~2.1SDs doesn’t seem outrageous. The denominator for the value of a perpetuity is (r-g). R is relatively low and expected g seems really high. Accordingly, the Buffett index structurally should be even higher.

It’s like 99.5% down from ATH, was shilled and soft shilled by ansem a few times. If there’s ever a rotation to cute stuff it should do well
