Jacinta was deeply moved by the vision of Hell and the call to sacrifice for sinners:
Near the end of her life, she said (to Lúcia):
In a short time now I am going to heaven. You are to stay here and say that God wishes to establish in the world the devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. … Tell everybody that God grants graces through the Immaculate Heart of Mary; that people are to ask her for them; and that the Heart of Jesus wants the Immaculate Heart of Mary to be venerated at his side. Tell them also to pray to the Immaculate Heart of Mary for peace, since God has entrusted it to her. Oh that I could put into the heart of everybody the flame that I feel burning within my breast and which makes me love so much the Heart of Jesus and the Heart of Mary.”
St. Jacinta Marto, pray for us
Still play it! Really fantastic game!
First game you think about when I say Will Wright?
If you said Raid on Bungeling Bay, kudos to you. The vast majority would have said Sim City.
Raid on Bungeling Bay is a 1984 classic where you pilot a helicopter in a top-down view across a large open map, launching from a carrier.
Your mission: destroy six enemy factories building a doomsday war machine for the evil Bungeling Empire.
What looks dated now was incredibly in 1984. The game had a pretty "open world" feel to it, which was definitely not standard at the time.
Did you ever manage to finish this one?

Splitting two intelligent Qix with a single swift line remains an incredibly satisfying maneuver. It requires perfect timing to slice the screen down the middle and claim that multiplier. ✂️
