1. This has nothing to do with Brexit. We obviously had the power to change taxation when in the EU
2. Despite these changes, UK alcohol duty will still be much higher than the EU average
4. Pubs are struggling. You should reduce their £energy & rates not the price of a 9

So we’re bringing in one of the biggest shake ups to the alcohol duty system in the last 140 years.
