Fairly heavy orders for a NO shutdown of @livgolf_league. Expecting to hear some positive news soon. @flushingitgolf @acaseofthegolf1 @ProGolfCritic polymarket.com/event/will-li…
Seeing all these young guys dominating on major tours around the world is great to see. One avenue that I think they have bipassed is the financial headache. NIL/LIV money has put these kids in the driver seat to success. I think this is a topic that doesn’t get discussed.

One of the most amazing spots I’ve ever been. Thanks @ADT_golf for arranging and @drinkWILDER for keeping me hydrated.

Are LIV Golf’s Future OWGR Points at Risk? – A thread 🧵
With the reorganization of LIV Golf, coupled with the loss of the Asian Tour pathway to LIV, we’ve been seeing the above question increasingly asked (including ME doing the asking)
The short answer first: YES, OWGR points are at risk… at least from what we know about OWGR guidelines and what we think we know about the makeup of LIV 2.0 so far. That doesn’t necessarily mean LIV is certain to lose OWGR next year, but it’s a real possibility.
Here’s the short list of reasons why.
• All new tours are on a 3-year probation and LIV got partial points because they are still out of full compliance on the size of field, all events being no-cut, established but inadequate and questionable practices in merit-based relegation/replacement.
• OWGR requires a minimum of 10 counting events on the tour’s OoM to qualify for rankings. LIV may or may not meet that in 2027
• OWGR requires member tours to maintain a “Pathway system” of relegation/promotion with another tour. Losing the Asian Tour pathway, put’s LIV’s compliance at serious risk.
That’s the cliff notes version, so if that’s all you need to know… then no need to read further. But there’s a lot of nuances that establish the above. So, what follows is some history and documentation of how we got here, and details of relevant OWGR Tour eligibility criteria as it relates to LIV … some of it gets a bit deep in the weeds… so please heed this NERD ALERT on what follows…

Please show me video proof that @brysondech actually improved his swing path? Did he stomp on fescue? Yes but it doesn’t matter if that didn’t help his backswing or thru swing. I still don’t see proof that it helped his path. @TheOpen
The question I have is when he entered the area did his stomping down effect his backswing. If it did it’s penalty. If it didn’t there is no breach. Only Bryson really knows if he breached the rule.
