Many mistakes with the pc-fx. Instead of chasing what made the PC engine great, they chose what many sega/mega cd publishers thought would be great, fmv. Team Innocent had the potential to be a franchise, and people wanted more games like Zenki.

I'm surprised that Zerowing was clearly labeled on the pcb, so they knew about it during the early NG+ production stage, but the game was never announced until TGS nor included in the Ultimate pack

Here’s a video showing Bakatonosama Mahjong Manyuki running on the Neo Geo AES+. The game boots properly, but the Mahjong controller doesn’t work.
