61.5% of $MSTR and $ASST shareholders say SHARE PRICE is the #1 metric. Not Bitcoin per share.

Hey mate, very interesting! Many concepts considered there. To touch on my perspective on a couple (only):
As a citizen, I see any individual or entity choosing to store wealth in Bitcoin as a step in the right direction. A positive thing. As an investor, I judge how efficiently a company can acquire it.
As an investor, the means of acquisition, I see as being of less importance than what it appears you do. Although, as a citizen, of course I see producing desirable goods/services as being of importance to society.
To consider means of acquisition, let’s imagine two companies.
Company A sells phones.
In order to acquire the material needed to make the phones, they need to raise capital. They do this by selling shares/diluting shareholders. Let’s say the money raised is used efficiently, the phones are created and then sold, and the profit is greater than the dilution that occurred.
The company uses the profit, essentially generated by diluting shareholders accretively, to buy Bitcoin.
In order to determine how efficiently the company created shareholder value via these phone sales, one would need to understand how much Bitcoin was gained compared with how many shares were introduced to the market.
Company B sells fixed income products.
In order to fund the dividends, required to fulfill their fixed income obligations, they need to raise capital. They do this by selling shares/diluting shareholders. The money raised is used efficiently and the profit from fixed income sales is greater than the dilution that had/has to occur.
The company uses the profit, generated by diluting shareholders accretively, to buy Bitcoin.
In order to determine how efficiently the company created shareholder value via these fixed income products, one would need to understand how much Bitcoin was gained compared with how many shares were introduced to the market.
If the phone company can generate greater Bitcoin gains per outstanding share, then they may be more attractive to investors desiring ownership of a company that can efficiently acquire Bitcoin. Said shareholders would agree to the dilution, as they see it to be efficient/accretive, but the moment they felt the company was behaving or performing less efficiently they may consider selling their shares.
If the hypothetical phone company was instead a Bitcoin development/infrastructure company, the efficiency equation would still need to be considered. Unless the investment was philanthropic, which would be admirable.
This is not remotely similar to a citizen who doesn’t opt in to his savings being debased. Citizens are forced to deal with the consequences of inefficient spending/dilution, while shareholders opt in to perceived efficiency. In addition, individual shareholders can’t create more shares themselves as opposed to citizens who can take out loans, increasing currency supply.
As an advocate for Bitcoin, I’m happy if any company chooses to store their profits in Bitcoin. I personally see the company selling fixed income as being able to outcompete the (hypothetical) company selling phones, in terms of efficient acquisition of Bitcoin. This, of course, is open to interpretation and could change at any moment.
I also strongly believe in a free market and competition and am grateful for criticisms of efficiency which may hold companies to higher standards, resulting in better outcomes.
For this I’m grateful, but while I believe in criticizing the efficiency of acquisition, I disagree with criticizing the means.

“This year”
The @Strategy opportunity is such that, over many years, in an environment where bitcoin grinds higher, MSTR won’t just be the largest holder of bitcoin. Rather, MSTR can be on a path to be the largest holder of everything.
I still remain very bearish on $ASST.
Its premium has compressed from around 2.20x to 1.59x mNAV. While some may view this as cheap, I’ll continue to reiterate that a small market cap is NOT a business model.
With $SATA now trading $5 below par and $SATS dropping like it's hot, I doubt they will be making anymore significant $BTC purchases anytime soon.
At 1.6x mNAV and no clear way to acquire more $BTC, I still believe $ASST is overvalued.

Binance has committed its own balance sheet to making customers whole. I expect it to deliver. Our industry will learn from this incident, strengthen security, and emerge stronger and more resilient.
Binance has begun recovering affected assets for users and continues to work with law enforcement, issuers, blockchain intelligence firms and industry partners to trace, freeze and recover additional funds.
The company has already publicly committed to cover losses through company funds in the prior announcement.
Binance has already reserved over $6.34B of company funds to cover this incident. $5B of these funds are already held in the exact token assets that were impacted. We are completing the purchase of the remaining amount by buying token assets through market channels and OTC channels. We are doing this to match the format of the remaining token assets and address any asset shortfalls. This step can take longer because some tokens may have low liquidity and OTC settlement also takes time. We will share more progress as soon as we can.
These figures do not include frozen or protected assets, which remain subject to ongoing recovery and verification. Currently, $3bn has been frozen, with thanks to our industry partners. We are working with partners and law enforcement to recover the frozen assets. We will continue to use company resources to cover confirmed shortfall and will provide further verified updates as recovery efforts progress. Ultimately, all user funds will be verified publicly through our Proof of Reserves.
We will weather this storm. Thank you for the support.

Anyone jumping on the bandwagon that $MSTR CFO Andrew Kang quitting on 7 days notice is a sign of turmoil or strife between he and management are low IQ individuals. Grasping at FUD straws.
I’ve met Andrew, he is a very genuine individual of high character.
I very much extend my sympathy to Andrew as I am sure the real reason is actually quite personal and likely he is going through some difficult times.
When the real story comes out for why he left, you will not hear one apology from any of these individuals.
Not one of them will do any self reflection.

That doesn’t make sense.
1 - you can invest in both MSTR and ASST
2 - you can acknowledge that ASST has a great setup to be more explosive into a nearer term bull run while acknowledging that MSTR has more steam to go further as Bitcoin does what it’s going to do over the next 10 to 40 years and beyond.
