Over 5 weeks ago we made a transaction that never arrived at the destination and we still haven’t received a refund.
We’ve reached out multiple times. Your team is asking for proof of earnings in Euro or employment showing Euro income. The payment was for a student’s academic fees/processing for a school in Europe — not related to personal earnings.
We have the receipt (attached).
Thanks to @minipay we were eventually able to get the funds across another way, but we still need the original amount refunded by Raenest.
Please look into this urgently and process the refund. Happy to provide any additional details or transaction ID in DM.
