The rogue Kennedy/Shanahan campaign was never ONLY about who wins the presidency; it was designed for more than that. After Ross Perot claimed 19% of the vote in 1996, Democrats vowed never to let a third-party candidate "disrupt" the election process again. Democrats began systematically, state-by-state, making it impossible to compete against the two-party machine. Unheard of requirements for ballot access petitions began hitting the states: double (sometimes triple) the numbers of necessary signatures, impossible timeframes and random formatting requirements would entrench the Uniparty for years to come. Despite this, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. decided to run Independent - and never complained. He just got to work. Assembling 100s of 1000s of volunteers across the nation, he and his running mate achieved what Democrats thought "impossible". These two decided to trailblaze a much bigger movement than themselves; and they knew it. This campaign was always meant to be a political earthquake - intentionally crafted to kick off a seismic shift in the American party landscape. Since the day Robert F. Kennedy Jr. "declared his independence," I believe he knew what he was doing. Defying Democrats (and displacing them) is one thing. Building a New Politics - one that is fit for service, ripe with vision, and prime to usurp the Old Party System - is another. These two have succeeded in doing that. Thanks to them, Americans woke up. They are ready to change out the "powers that be" and bring a voice back to the people. 2024 is only the prelude to what will inevitably become one of the most radical party realignments in American history. We are watching it happen.
