One of the announcers for the Minnesota vs. UCLA game was talking about how Minnesota defensive coordinator Danny Collins used to sleep on an air mattress in a janitor's closet at Western Michigan University. I work at WMU's facility. We are NOT "janitors". We are custodians.

By the way: We still have no idea what the trophy's name is or who designed it. Neither school nor the conference has put out a press release about it. It just appeared out of the ether today. Central accepted the thing anyways. Love this sport.
