And we wonder why the courts are bogged down in frivolous lawsuits. Never once have a looked at a McRib and thought I was getting actual pork ribs with BBQ sauce. Anyone who says they did probably named their kids Methany and Metthew

BREAKING:
Jay Arapi.
Finally have the name of the probationary trooper who was dishonorably discharged from MSP for allegedly making racist statements to a former girlfriend. While not confirmming details of the reported incident, State Police this afternoon issued this statement about Araphi's recent dishonorable discharge on Sept. 8, after being suspended Aug 28. It was made before he completed his probation, after which it would have been much more difficult to fire him.
Here's their late-Friday-afternoon statement:

I had never heard of Elizabeth Barraza’s case until now. How has this gone unsolved for so long?
On January 25, 2019, Elizabeth, 29, was setting up a garage sale outside her home near Tomball, Texas. A person arrived in a dark Nissan pickup, walked up her driveway and briefly exchanged words with her.
Then they shot her four times and fled. Elizabeth died the following day.
The encounter was captured on surveillance video. Yet more than seven years later, her killer has never been identified publicly.
Investigators believe the attack was planned. Nothing was stolen. But who targeted her—and why—remains unanswered.
She was simply preparing for a garage sale in her own driveway. Her family deserves answers, and Elizabeth deserves justice.
Had you heard of this case?
Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS (8477). A reward of up to $50,000 is offered for information leading to charges and/or an arrest.

Halloween is the perfect opportunity to pass out all the ketchup and sauce packs you've been accumulating all year.
What school has staff supervising children at lunch that aren't trained in CPR/First Aid/AED?
An 8-year-old girl choked at lunch and ran through her school looking for someone to save her. Her parents just released the video, and they want answers.
Adrian Thompson was eating in the cafeteria at Velma Penny Elementary in Lindale, Texas, back in April when she started choking. Surveillance video shows her going to an adult for help, then running down the hallway toward the nurse’s office. Someone eventually called 911, but by the time she reached the hospital, it was too late. She died the next morning. The Texas Rangers investigated and called it an accident with no crime committed. But her parents say the video raises serious questions about how long it took for anyone to act, and they’re calling for a new, independent investigation. Every adult in a school building should know how to save a choking child, period.
Should every teacher and school staff member be required to train in the Heimlich maneuver?

FBI JOINS SEARCH FOR MISSING 16-YEAR-OLD GEORGIA GIRL
Amy Grace Robertson (16) has been missing from Alma, Georgia, since October 21.
Amy was reportedly last seen walking away from her home around 6:30pm. By 7pm, police were responding to a report of a runaway juvenile.
What caught my attention is that officers immediately brought in additional law enforcement to search a wooded area near her home. They didn’t find her.
Since then, investigators have followed multiple leads into surrounding counties, including Bulloch and Chatham, without locating Amy.
Now the FBI’s Atlanta office is assisting in the search.
I’m curious what prompted the initial search of the woods and whether investigators have reason to believe Amy may be with someone.
Nine days have passed, and this 16-year-old girl is still missing.
Amy is 5’3”, approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue sweater and black sweatpants with multiple colors and patterns.

#BREAKING | A former Pensacola police officer who worked elementary school security just got arrested for #childsexualabuse material involving infants — and that’s not even the worst part. 👇
He was also charge with 30 counts of sexual activity involving animals and digital voyeurism.
#MatthewBaxter, 47, was first arrested on Oct 12 for buying hydrocodone in uniform and in his marked cruiser. He told agents he’d been buying 50-60 pills a week for about a decade.
When FDLE forensics went through his devices from that arrest, they found the rest: CSAM, over 1,800 bestiality files, and photos he took under restroom stalls of men who didn’t know they were being recorded. Disgusting POS 🤢
He was a full-time officer 2001–2005, then part-time since 2018. He also worked security at an elementary school and a local church. 🤯
This came out of FDLE’s statewide push against people targeting children online. The investigation is still active. More charges are pending.
How does someone with this material stay in a position around kids for years? What else is getting missed in background checks and ongoing vetting? #TrueCrime

A woman appeared on The People’s Court with her ex-fiancé over a missing engagement ring.
Hours after the episode aired, she vanished.
Nearly 15 years later, he’s been arrested for her murder.
Michelle Parker (33), a mother of three, disappeared in Orlando on November 17, 2011, after dropping off her twins at the home of her ex-fiancé, Dale Smith Jr.
The two had appeared on The People’s Court over a $5,000 engagement ring. Michelle was reportedly terrified of how Dale would react when the episode aired.
A newly released arrest affidavit reveals what investigators believe happened that afternoon. Which is amazing because this case has always fascinated me.
Dale initially claimed Michelle stayed at his home for about 10 minutes. But investigators say surveillance footage and phone records show she was there for more than an hour. 🚩
Detectives also photographed scratches and abrasions on Dale’s face and body the following day. They now believe those injuries may have come from Michelle fighting back.
Michelle and Dale exchanged 1,013 text messages in the weeks before she disappeared.
After November 17, he never contacted her phone again.
Investigators believe Dale strangled Michelle inside his home. He was arrested October 14, 2026, and charged with second-degree murder. He has pleaded not guilty.
Michelle’s body has never been found.
Fifteen years. Three children left without their mother. And a family still waiting to bring her home. 🥺
