Brazil is going down the path of Venezuela. The Bolsonaro family have tried to fight back but the only option now is to escape.
I’m living in the South-East in Brazil in the middle of nowhere. Yesterday, I drove 45 minutes to the next pharmacy to pick up my autism medication. And guys, I live in a very sparsely populated area. People here know about my political views, and some even follow me on this platform. Several people (those at the gas station and the pharmacist) brought up the elections. And you know what? They were whispering. Literally whispering. They no longer dare to speak their minds. They told me how difficult things have become. They’re afraid that even the slightest criticism could get Alexandre de Moraes to send someone after them. They no longer feel safe because of the authoritarian central government. And that’s despite the fact that my entire region, and pretty much all of southern Brazil, is overwhelmingly conservative. What’s happening to Brazil is extremely frightening. It’s as if an entire population is being held hostage by a Supreme Court judge who thinks he’s God, and a president who was once convicted of corruption and whose political opponents are being pushed aside, just like the communists once did in the Soviet Union. I hope the right finally unites and, if necessary, even breaks away from the tyrannical regime in Brasília. People have the right to freedom and self-determination. Here in Brazil and everywhere else in the world.

There are reports that Flavio Bolsonaro has escaped Brazil on foot to Argentina and may seek refuge in the United States.

The president of Brazil’s electoral court is saying there was no authority for the extension of the vote in Brazil. It probably doesn’t matter. Lula, through his friend on the Supreme Court, has stolen the election.

Wow, Mark Carney congratulating the communist Lula on his claimed victory in Brazil. This man is on the wrong side of everything.
Congratulations, President @LulaOficial, on your re-election in Brazil. The relationship between Canada and Brazil has flourished under our partnership. Let’s seize this opportunity to make it even stronger, together — to create major new trade opportunities, protect the environment, and build greater prosperity for both our peoples.

The far-left BBC has paid £400,000 to Lucie Kon after she was forced out by the anti-Semitic network.
The BBC has agreed to pay £400,000 to an award-winning Jewish documentary-maker who alleged she was subjected to antisemitism and pushed out of the corporation after October 7. Lucie Kon, 57, spent 22 years at the BBC and worked on programmes including Panorama, Today, BBC Breakfast and Storyville. Films she commissioned or helped produce won an Oscar, Emmy and Bafta. Kon says her treatment changed dramatically after the Hamas attacks. She alleges colleagues described Zionists like her as “evil”, argued that Israel should be called terrorist if Hamas was, and told her to consider what had driven Hamas to carry out the massacre. When she proposed a documentary about October 7, Kon says she was told she was “too partial” to oversee it because she was Jewish. She subsequently filed a formal grievance, but a BBC investigation rejected her complaint. Kon says she was then kept away from work for months. During a restructuring, her position was made redundant and she failed to secure the similar role replacing it. She launched unfair-dismissal proceedings. The BBC has now agreed substantial compensation, reported as £400,000, without admitting liability or accepting that Kon suffered antisemitism. Kon says Jewish employees still at the corporation continue to face hostility and feel unable to identify openly as Jewish or Zionist.

Totally rigged. Flavio Bolsonaro and his top people should fly to the United States and seek asylum before Lula can have them arrested. Brazil is the last communist country left standing in South America. Unfortunately the people will pay the price for that.

It’s a good article because it tells the truth about a conservative activist, a rarity in British journalism.
Replying to @TRobinsonNewEra
This is one of the best articles I have ever read. I love all of the history of our country told beautifully. Then it ends up where we are today with mass immigration and why @TRobinsonNewEra has been cast as a racist when he's anything but that at all. Go and read it on substack, it's a long article but worth it. huntandgathertv.substack.com…

This councillor is a joke of a man. If he finds this image embarrassing, we should make sure that it’s spread far and wide. Let’s make him famous.
A 15 year old in the UK was arrested by police and had his devices seized after posting jokes about a local councillor on Facebook He posted an edited photo of the councillor with bunny ears, while the councillor says the posts were part of a wider pattern of online harassment

One of the world’s great leaders today.
NEW: El Salvador President Nayib Bukele launches military operation in Haiti, threatens to eviscerate Haitian gangs as he did to gangs in El Salvador if they don't return hostages. The statement came after four Salvadoran men were kidnapped by Haitian gangs. "Today's attack is nothing compared to what is coming if we do not get all four hostages back alive," he said. Bukele says the four Salvadoran men are aviation technicians. "They were kidnapped in a cowardly manner while returning after buying food at a market in the area. "That is why, today, we have launched a military operation to rescue them. We have a single objective: to bring our four compatriots back home alive, without any harm." Bukele then issued a warning if gang leaders harm any of the men. "I want you, the gang leaders, to understand one thing very clearly: today's attack is nothing compared to what is coming if we do not get all four hostages back alive..." "And do not take our word for empty threats. We have already finished with the gangs in El Salvador, and we can finish with you too..." "Return our four compatriots to us alive, without any harm, and everything will go back to how it was before the kidnapping."

Well it’s not that difficult. Elect politicians with courage. Close the borders to Islam. Send the criminals back to Africa. Arrest the leftish thugs and jail them. And send in the army to stop the riots. #France #FranceProtests #FranceRiots

Robert Hall’s flat tax proposals were seriously considered by the United States when they were pushed by Steve Forbes. I worked with Canadian economist Herb Grubel in developing the flat tax proposal for the Reform Party of Canada in the 90s. The flat tax could have revolutionized the economies of both countries if we’d had politicians bold enough to try it.
Congratulations to Robert Hall on winning the 2026 Nobel Prize in Economics! Let’s pass the flat tax he helped pioneer: 18%, the first $60,000 tax-free, no deductions, no loopholes. Want to see this economy on fire? Give Americans a postcard tax return!

So the Nobel Peace Prize goes to a promoter of Hamas terrorism. This is a low point even for Nobel.
Navi Pillay last year: "The commission finds it is genocide" Pillay has just won the Nobel peace prize.

Now that Brazil has rejected communism, there are only 3 remaining communist countries in the Western Hemisphere. Cuba, Mexico and Canada

There have been parallels between Trump and Bolsonaro all along. Barring a coup by Lula or his puppet Supreme Court, it looks like son Flavio will be the next president of Brazil.
What we are witnessing in Brazil is the biggest political backfire in modern political history. Communist tyrants came after Brazil’s Trump, Jair Bolsonaro. He survived an assassination attempt. They banned him from running for office. Then they threw him in jail. They accused him of attempting a coup after his election was stolen, just like they did here to Trump. He’s currently serving a 27 year prison sentence. The response: His wife won a Senate seat. His son Carlos won a Senate seat. His son Renan won a seat in Congress. His son Flávio is ahead of Lula for president of Brazil. His son could unseat the very tyrant who threw him in jail. The persecution of Bolsonaro has backfired into a political retribution against those who weaponized Government against the people's will. You might be able to try to silence a man but you cannot silence a movement.

That pretty well sums it up.
Why can't the UK lead the next industrial revolution, Andy Burnham asks? Because YOUR Labour party and the Tories have turned us into a welfare dependent crime-ridden high tax/high crime hellhole where ambition goes to die. You can't even protect our borders, FFS. DELUSIONAL.
