Good morning Xitterverse friends
Have a weird little issue and not sure best how to handle it. This last batch of Pro Boot socks has a couple hundred pairs that are taller than they should be by about 4-5" used more of the bison silk yarn than normal, so they cost us more. They are nice but out of spec.
So should I make a taller option on the large? Or what?

We Tested Cotton, Cheap Wool, And Buffalo Wool. Only One Did Not Betray Us.
THE LAB, WHICH WAS JUST A DEER STAND AND A CHURCH PARKING LOT -
In the interest of journalism, and also warm toes, we tested three kinds of socks in a long workday, a wet hike, an unheated fellowship hall, and boots that have seen things.
Cotton committed fraud. Fine for 7 minutes, then damp, then a small stinking crime scene in each shoe. By lunch the wearer had developed a theology of suffering centered on his own feet. Cotton is a summer T-shirt pretending to be gear. Do not trust it.
Cheap wool was a bit warmer, then itchy, like a midweek prayer meeting that should have ended 20 minutes ago. Wet, it stayed heavy. Dry, it still smelled like it had opinions. Testers recalled the ancient lie - "wool just itches, that's how you know it's working" - and considered sandals in January.
Buffalo Wool, bison fiber was the only sock that behaved like it had a job. American bison stay comfortable past -60°F on six to eight ounces of soft undercoat. The Buffalo Wool Co. turns that fiber into cashmere-soft socks that wick better than sheep's wool or synthetics. Bison down can hold more than a third of its weight in moisture before it feels wet, and testers' feet stayed dry after conditions that ruined the other pairs. They also did not stink, even after wearing a week straight.
Iditarod musher Justin Savidis used to pack 25 to 30 pairs. In Buffalo Wool Trekkers, he packs five. Family ranchers, U.S. mills, 100% guarantee: love them, or they replace, exchange, or buy them back.

Gonna shoot myself in the foot today..
Have 13 of these camo caplights.
The next 13 orders that use code "Caplight" at checkout get one for free.
And it will take 10% off your order...
When they are gone, the code will quit working.

We are proudly supported and backed by none other than @BuffaloRon and the Buffalo Wool Company as one of our sponsors for this independent film!
This North Texas family has been raising American bison for nearly 30 years and creates beautiful products from bison fiber. Their commitment to bison conservation and education perfectly aligns with our mission to document Florida's wild bison at Paynes Prairie.
Thank you for supporting independent conservation filmmaking and representing American craftsmanship 🦬

They are not 100% Made in USA but they do make it easy to find their products that are (and they have a ton). Nearly all of our office and warehouse supplies come from them, a very few niche items we’ve had to go elsewhere to find USA made.
uline.com/USA
They employ over 5500 Americans including in their call center and global HQ in WI, you will not find better customer service anywhere.
They can be expensive and have high shipping but they are honestly such a well run company I would never look anywhere else for American Made office/warehouse supplies.
Last month I bought multiple pallet racks, storage shelves, size labels, USA flag stickers, garment bags, poly mailers, painters tape, storage bins and stackable bins ALL made in USA and they had everything to us within 48hrs.
Last two phone calls in to them they resolved my issue in under 1min total with an American on the other end of the line.
Sooooo you could say I quite like them lol

Let’s check in with @AmericanLictor and see how Uline rates on the Made in America scale.
Fill us in, brother.
