Three proposals advanced in BCH-1's public pipeline: CFP-004 and CFP-005 have moved into research, and CFP-008 has entered alignment review. This is not an approval for core fund spending. Research means BCH-1 investigates the proposal: scope, team, costs, and what delivery would actually require. CFP-004: A MODERN LANDING PAGE FOR BITCOIN CASH When someone searches for Bitcoin Cash, two destinations still carry the name: bitcoincash.org and bch.info . The technology and the ecosystem have moved; these entry points have not kept up. They are what a newcomer sees first, reached through search and directory listings. The proposal combines three improvements. A modern design that makes a credible first impression. Current information on upgrades, capabilities and developer tools, including work well beyond CashTokens and ABLA. And clear navigation, so a visitor who wants to use BCH, build on it, explore the ecosystem or get involved can find the next step. The ecosystem already has strong destinations: wallets like Bitcoin Cash Podcast, Multiple self-hosted informational sites, Paytaca, Selene and Cashonize, applications like Cauldron and ParyonUSD, developer tools like CashScript, XO and now SolidCash. The landing page does not replace them; it connects visitors to them. The hard part is coordination, not code: domain owners, publishing access, and the people who have already built good BCH websites. A shared open-source website serving both domains is one possible shape. Why it matters: these are established entry points that already receive attention. A stronger first impression is one of the least expensive ways to turn that attention into users, developers and supporters. CFP-005: ZKP AND POST-QUANTUM RESEARCH INTO A BCH PRIVACY CHIP Strong privacy could be a major addition to Bitcoin Cash as peer-to-peer electronic cash. The ambition is substantial, and the technical direction has to follow evidence. The existing work is scattered across research, repositories and claims. Some promising claims remain unverified, and there are live disagreements about whether post-quantum approaches are viable for BCH at all. The research phase brings this together: collect the existing work and the objections, independently test the security and performance claims, and compare conventional zero-knowledge proofs with post-quantum approaches. From there, establish what BCH would actually need to support a viable design, and write specifications and CHIPs where the findings justify them. Transaction relay limits are part of the investigation: research decides whether they need changing and what that would cost, and the existing limits may prove sufficient. And a privacy CHIP is the intended direction, not a predetermined conclusion. The findings could support a CHIP, further work, or a clear no. Using a post-quantum proof system also does not automatically make the whole privacy system quantum-resistant. The point of the research is to turn fragmented technical work into an independently evaluated path toward achieving optional privacy superiority over many chains. CFP-008: BITCOIN CASH AT DEVFEST 2026 BCH Nigeria proposes presence at seven Nigerian DevFest events from October to December 2026: developer outreach, local community support, and hands-on workshops in selected cities, showing developers what they can build with Bitcoin Cash as peer-to-peer electronic cash.
