April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. We placed 341 pinwheels in the park in downtown West Point to represent the 341 children we served in 2019 that experienced child abuse, neglect & trauma. This month is all about awareness & ways we can all work to help prevent child abuse.

With schools not in session, Mississippi's at-risk children do not have the safety net of teachers, school counselors and other mandated reporters looking out for their welfare. We need all adults to now assume that responsibility.
