CVS has settled a class action data breach lawsuit involving personal and sensitive drug and vaccine administration related information. Only 20 days left to file a claim! The more CVS pays, the more it deters CVS and others from repeating this conduct. classcash.com/settlements/cv…

🇨🇦 ATTENTION ONTARIO AND QUEBEC PROPERTY OWNERS — CARNEY'S GOVERNMENT HAS CHANGED THE RULES FOR ALTO! If you own a home, farm or property anywhere near the proposed ALTO high-speed railway route, you need to understand what has changed! On March 26, 2026, Bill C-15 received Royal Assent and became law. Buried within this massive budget bill was the new High-Speed Rail Network Act, giving the federal government expanded powers to acquire private land for ALTO. Here's what Carney's government has changed: 🔴 1. ALTO DOES NOT HAVE TO TRY BUYING YOUR LAND FIRST! Under the new legislation, ALTO is no longer required to demonstrate that it tried unsuccessfully to purchase your land before requesting expropriation. 🔴 2. YOUR LAND CAN BE EXPROPRIATED WITHOUT YOUR AGREEMENT! If your property is needed for the railway, the government can pursue compulsory acquisition even if you refuse to sell. Compensation rights remain, but your consent is not necessarily required. 🔴 3. YOUR RIGHT TO A PUBLIC EXPROPRIATION HEARING HAS BEEN REMOVED! The ordinary federal requirement for an independent public hearing following an expropriation objection no longer applies to ALTO. Property owners retain the right to submit written objections, but that is not the same as having a public hearing! 🔴 4. YOU HAVE ONLY 30 DAYS TO FILE A WRITTEN OBJECTION! Once the formal expropriation notice is published in the Canada Gazette, affected individuals have 30 days to submit their objections in writing. And here's the disturbing part: An objection does not automatically prevent the government from proceeding! 🔴 5. YOUR PROPERTY COULD FACE RESTRICTIONS BEFORE THE RAILWAY IS APPROVED! The legislation allows certain restrictions on construction and property improvements, and land acquisition can proceed before the final environmental assessment decision. 🔴 6. ALTO CAN CLAIM FIRST REFUSAL IF YOU TRY TO SELL! ALTO can register a right of first refusal on designated properties, potentially lasting up to eight years, giving it the opportunity to match an offer from another buyer. SO WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN? Carney's government has made it easier and faster for Ottawa to acquire private property for ALTO, while removing important procedural protections that property owners previously had. Farmers, homeowners and affected communities can still object, seek legal remedies and challenge aspects of the project. But they must understand the new rules and respond promptly to formal notices. And remember, ALTO's final route and full financial costs have not yet been settled! Yet the government has already changed the law to make land acquisition easier. In my opinion, that's putting the government's project timetable ahead of the rights and concerns of the people whose properties could be affected. CANADIANS DESERVE A SAY BEFORE THEIR LAND IS TAKEN — NOT JUST A NOTICE TELLING THEM WHAT OTTAWA INTENDS TO DO! Please share this with anyone who owns property near the proposed ALTO corridor. Know your rights, watch for official notices and don't miss the objection deadlines! 🇨🇦 ALTO IS NOT ABOVE PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY!

🚨BREAKING NEWS: I was just personally dismissed from the Macron lawsuit filed against me in Delaware. This case represents one of the grossest, legal overreaches by a foreign government leader in human history—a sitting President’s attempt to personally bankrupt a single podcaster from outside the nation in which he governs. And to formally reiterate since many reporters willfully lied about this most important detail: I was NEVER being sued for stating that Brigitte Macron was born a male. I was instead being sued for discussing MK Ultra and for allegedly accusing the “First Lady” of theft from her sister. I am tremendously grateful to the Delaware courts and to the presiding Judge for looking at this case objectively, despite false media depictions and government pressures.

A $2,000 price target on a stock trading near $13 sounds like pure delusion. If someone pitched me a 133x upside target without showing me the unit economics, I would close the tab in five seconds. And probably would call you out as a scammer, no joke. That's because most retail price targets are pulled out of thin air. They rely on hype rather than cash-flow math. But a strange thing happens when you stop valuing a platform company as a single product and start valuing its business verticals separately. In July, I published a Sum-of-the-Parts (SOTP) valuation on Aduro Clean Technologies ($ADUR) on $10,000 Stock Ideas. Instead of slapping a generic revenue multiple on the consolidated ticker, I broke the business down across its 6 distinct commercial verticals. Then I modeled what happens if its chemical technology achieves broad commercial adoption across each addressable market. The bull-case math pointed to a $65 billion enterprise value. Now, does a bull-case SOTP model mean the stock goes straight to $2,000? 𝗢𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁. Commercialization carries execution risk, licensing timelines slip, and capital markets fluctuate. But doing the Sum-of-the-Parts math teaches you a critical lesson about asymmetric investing: Single-metric screeners blind you to optionality: - Standard P/E and EV/Sales screens assign $0 to commercial verticals that are six months away from revenue. One vertical covers the downside: - When a company has 6 shots on goal, you do not need all 6 to hit bull-case scale to make 5x on your money. Asymmetry hides in the tails: - If 1 vertical succeeds, your principal is protected; if 3 verticals scale, you own a multi-bagger. Most investors refuse to model early-stage commercialization because the range of outcomes feels too wide. That refusal is your edge.

Where did this man go?
Donald Trump clearly hasn't learned from his Covid era mistakes. He fails to recognize how ineffective his warp speed vaccine is as the ninth shot is being recommended to seniors. Even more troubling is the documented harm being caused by the shot to so many innocent children and adults who are suffering myocarditis, pericarditis and brain inflammation. This has been confirmed by a CDC funded study of 99 million people. Instead of bragging about its speedy approval, we should be honestly and transparently debating the abundant evidence that this vaccine may have caused more harm than good. In fact, I look forward to debating both Trump and Biden on September 16th in San Marcos, TX. Study here: sciencedirect.com/science/ar…

Who is more likely to spread the pertussis bacterium (aka, whooping cough)—those vaccinated or those unvaccinated? The reality (see FDA, industry, and pharma scientists sources below) is that it is the vaccinated. Why? Two reasons. First, those vaccinated are less likely to have symptoms if infected with the pertussis bacterium but the bacterium still multiplies in their nasopharynx and they then unknowingly spreading it to others (instead of showing symptoms and knowing to isolate). Not science fiction—the hard cold facts as detailed below. Second, and this makes the reality even worse, because after an unvaccinated person has been infected with pertussis (and is more likely to have symptoms and stay in bed) that person won’t get infected again for at least many years – but the vaccinated individual can become infected over, and over, and over again with the pertussis bacterium because of the defective immunity this vaccine generates. But don’t worry, legacy media, no doubt won’t let the facts stand in the way of their hyperbolic reporting. They will blindly, like religious adherents, seek to blame, persecute, and shame those who do not inject this product instead of facing the reality: those vaccinated are more likely to spread this pathogen. If you don’t agree with the foregoing, take it up with the FDA, industry scientists, infectious diseases societies, and the hard cold data and science: - As the FDA explained in 2024: “aP [acellular pertussis] containing vaccines induce helper T cells (TH2) memory and neutralizing antibody responses that effectively prevent symptomatic disease but fail to prevent colonization and carriage.” fda.gov/media/181937/downloa… - As those considered the world's leading pertussis vaccine experts, pharma consultants, and infectious disease societies explained in a consensus paper on pertussis vaccine in 2019: “Natural infection evokes both mucosal and systemic immune responses, while aPVs [acellular pertussis vaccines] induce only a systemic immune response. … Mucosal immunity is essential to prevent colonization and transmission of B. pertussis organisms. Consequently, preventive measures such as aPVs that do not induce a valid mucosal response can prevent disease but cannot avoid infection and transmission. … aPV pertussis vaccines do not prevent colonization. Consequently, they do not reduce the circulation of B. pertussis and do not exert any herd immunity effect.” pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3133… They also explained that: “Lack of mucosal immune responses after aPV administration favor infection, persistent colonization, and transmission of the pathogen.” - pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2918… (“That vaccination does not prevent B. pertussis infection in humans, nor the circulation of the organism in human populations in any important manner, comes from the observation that the inter-epidemic intervals have not changed in a major way since the implementation of mass vaccination.”); pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3079… (“Because of linked-epitope suppression, all children who were primed by DTaP vaccines will be more susceptible to pertussis throughout their lifetimes, and there is no easy way to decrease this increased lifetime susceptibility.”). For a detailed discussion with many more citations and irrefutable evidence, see Chapter 9 of Vaccines, Amen.

This is a great point. The conversation is about a pretend MAGA republican @VictoriaInCO criticising @MaryanneDemasi for not abdicating her sole source of income to give news away for free. Yet the drug regulators charge us $1000s to release information we are entitled to.

If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal. If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist. If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian. If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.

Peter Navarro says one of his biggest regrets from COVID was watching 65 million hydroxychloroquine tablets sit unused after federal agencies turned against the drug. He points to Fauci’s earlier support, long-standing use of hydroxychloroquine for other conditions, and prior NIH research on chloroquine against SARS coronaviruses. Then the conversation goes somewhere even bigger: what federal health officials were already saying in 2019 about rapidly deploying new vaccine technology during a future outbreak. Looking back now, those old clips hit very differently.

Microsoft currently has 6,000 applications in for H-1B visas. If they are downsizing by 60,000 people, then their H-1B visa numbers should be ZERO. Watch Microsoft very carefully on this. For the US based workers, are they getting rid of Americans in favor of H-1B visa workers?
