🇬🇧 UK porn ban starts tomorrow (6 Nov 2026)
From Friday, possessing or publishing certain types of pornography becomes a criminal offence in England and Wales under the Crime and Policing Act 2026.
Banned content includes:
• Strangulation or suffocation
• Penetrative sex between people who appear related (or are pretending to be related, including some step/foster scenarios)
• Adults role-playing as children under 16
Penalties:
• Up to 2 years for possession of strangulation or “relative” content
• Up to 3 years for the under-16 role-play material
• Up to 5 years for publishing any of it

Really interesting. The conservative Indians voted against the racist French but held firm for Abbott. The rural whites abandoned Abbot over vouchers but still voted for the racist.
Every R offended different Texans in their own unique way
Maps to come later. But comparing Gina Hinojosa (Gov) with Jon Rosenthal (Railroad Commissioner), really cool coalition splits.
Hinojosa did better with rural whites. There were Hinojosa-Bo French voters, if you can believe it.
Rosenthal did *MUCH* better with Indians and Pakistanis. Some precincts in Frisco and Sugar Land had 15-20 point ticket splits with Rosenthal-Abbott.
This like when you ask out a girl you thought was out of your league and she accepts and now you're like "Uh what now, didn't think I would get this far"
