Iman Shumpert goes off on anyone calling for the NBA to shorten its 82 game season, arguing that players should focus on conditioning and changing how they play instead of reducing the number of games.
Shumpert points to legends like Michael Jordan, Karl Malone, John Stockton and Gary Payton, who played 82 game seasons, questioning why today’s players need fewer games. He believes the league should bring back more physical basketball, with players attacking the post, taking midrange shots, playing through contact and cutting down on flopping and exaggerated moves.
He also questions how much extra time players would actually gain from shortening the season, arguing that changing the way the game is played may be a better solution to the injury problem.

Druski has signed a multi-year deal with Netflix to create original content exclusively for the streamer.
The first project is "Collect & Praise," a semi-scripted comedy series premiering Dec. 1. The show is based on a character made viral by Druski in an internet sketch and at the BET Awards. The comedian plays a megachurch pastor opposite Mike Epps as the pastor’s deacon as they “scheme their way through scandal, chaos and controversy.”
