A tax on extreme wealth is necessary and popular with voters
Labour should back it.
63% of voters back wealth tax for mega-rich.
Wealth tax can be:
Tax on accumulated wealth
Higher rates on dividends & capital gains
Mansion tax
Investment income surcharge
Cap tax relief on pension contributions by the mega rich
What will Chancellor do?

Amazing. Luke ignores that loads of great motions, which CLPD would have backed have been ruled out of order on flimsy grounds by the CAC eg water ownership and council housing.

I fully back this call from Labour members.
Palantir’s co-founder claimed “the NHS makes people sick”.
Serious concerns surround its human rights record.
Yet it's running the NHS' data platform.
The Government must use the break clause to kick out Palantir.
