In the morning I will wake up a 7.3 index after shooting 76 today. My lowest career index and down 4 strokes from the beginning of the year. Thank you @GOLFTEC

Playing in the County Senior Amateur this weekend. I'm not competitive with the best players (currently an 8.6) but I need to keep putting myself in uncomfortable positions if I'm going to get better in them. Just focus on the shot at hand and getting the ball in the hole.

What's cool about your home club hosting an @LPGA event? Getting assigned as the walking scorer for the featured group and watching 3 of the best players in the world (Thitikul, Iwai, Woad) play the same course you do Prediction, they'll do it better than I do @MeijerLPGA

Hey @acaseofthegolf1 Clutch from Svensson here after inadvertently giving up his first alternate status last Monday with the coin lift in the playoff
See you in four weeks 👋 Bud Cauley, Jackson Suber and Jesper Svensson have qualified for The 154th Open as the top three finishers not already exempt at the RBC Canadian Open.

Memo to golf producers. When a ball is landing and rolling on the green you MUST show us the flagstick in the shot. Without that context, it's just a ball rolling on short grass.

You know, it's great that the Secretary of State has these clear objectives for the war. Unfortunately, he's not in the military chain-of-command and the Commander In Chief has stated many different objectives.
SECRETARY RUBIO: Here are the clear objectives of the operation. You should write them down: 1. The destruction of Iran’s air force 2. The destruction of their navy 3. The severe diminishing of their missile launching capability 4. The destruction of their factories 🎯

The absence of any objectives dealing with regime change and Iran's nuclear program are particularly noteworthy given the President's frequent discussion of them. Who, exactly, is running the war?

Do the analysts on @PGATOURLIVE not understand stats are publicly available? No, Hovland has not solved his short game issues. 138th last year. 107th this year. Fluffing players hurts credibility. cc @JosephLaMagna

The best book I've read in years by @Johnubacon His stories of the 29 men lost, told by surviving family members, interspersed with context about the Great Lakes, freighters, life at sea, iron ore, manufacturing, etc manage to tell a familiar story with remarkable depth. (1/2)

Even though every reader knows how the story ends, the silence of the final moments caused me to close the book and shed a few tears in quiet reflection. Thank you John.

Decisions have consequences. Move a carrier strike group to the Caribbean and you don't have one in CENTCOM when you need it. I'm sure these strategic decisions were hashed out thoroughly by Potus & SecDef
Quoted here in @wapo : Victoria Taylor, a former deputy assistant secretary of state for Iraq and Iran, said the lack of a U.S. carrier strike group in the region would complicate any effort to strike Iranian military targets or protect U.S. troops and Israeli interests against retaliation from Iran. “There are still ways to strike targets, but we are not positioned as we normally would be to undertake strikes of this significance in Iran,” said Taylor, who now heads the Iraq initiative at the Atlantic Council. If the U.S. were to strike Iranian military targets, she said, “there is no guarantee that prevents the [Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps] or other regime leaders from assuming control. Even if you take out the supreme leader, you could still wind up with another regime figure assuming leadership.” washingtonpost.com/world/202…
