I think the question Bills fans donât want to ask but needs to be askedâŚwhat happens to the Bills when Josh decides he doesnât want to carry the Bills any more and demands a trade to a team that will properly build around him?

Spoiler alert. We are not good #BillsMafia
Bills currently have $48.5 Million in dead cap this season. And have less than $5 million in space out of the $301.2 Million. Less than 2%. One of the frustrating things is that the Bills couldnât trade for a great player UNLESS the team trading eats that money.
Heâs already at a disadvantage before he even picks up the phone to âcheck inâ
WTF is BBB doing??? You canât beat a 4th rd pick for a canât miss DT?
I gotta stop caring so much about this team, its just not healthy to want a SB this badly all while we have a GM who just doesnât have the stones to do what is needed to win 1.
Guy just wonât take a real shot 1 year even though we have a generational talent at QB. I cannot believe other successful teams use picks and players like chess pieces willy nilly & we have a guy afraid of moving middling draft capital.

I wouldâve taken Deforest Buckner for a 4th round pick. I wonder what has-been Beane is cooking up for a 3rd round pick
The Colts sold two Pro Bowlers in one afternoon.
They got back a third, a fourth and a fifth.
I used to work at Robinhood. Pricing deals was the job. So until the November 10 deadline, I'm grading every NFL trade like one.
TRADE GRADES #1 AND #2
QUENTON NELSON TO SEATTLE
Six time All Pro. Pro Bowl in all eight of his seasons.
Indy gets: a 2027 third and a 2028 fifth.
DEFOREST BUCKNER TO SAN FRANCISCO
Three time Pro Bowler. The Colts paid the 13th overall pick for him in 2020.
Indy gets: a 2027 fourth.
The fine print: both contracts end after this season. Keep them and they likely walk in March.
Seattle: A. Their run game ranks 23rd. Not anymore.
San Francisco: A minus. A proven pass rusher for a fourth.
Indianapolis: B minus. Selling rentals is smart. Turning a 13th pick into a fourth still stings.
The Colts are 2 and 5, fired their GM and have no 2027 first. This isn't a reset. It's a teardown.
Is Jonathan Taylor next?
Every deadline trade gets graded here. Follow for #3.
Question: If Josh Allen is in the locker room upset for having to carry the defense all year to lose in the playoffs, will Terry Pegula fire Jim Leonhard? Or fire the guy whoâs missed on the Defense over and over again?
The 2026 Buffalo Bills are the ONLY team in the 21st century to rank two full standard deviations above average offensively and two full standard deviations below average defensively in the first seven weeks of the season
top 2% offense and bottom 2% defense
Other teams close
2000 Rams (defense wasn't bad enough -1.49 SD)
2004 Colts (defense wasn't bad enough, -1.77 SD)
2018 Chiefs (defense, 1.53 SD)
2018 Saints (defense, -1.78 SD)
2025 Cowboys (offense +1.91, defense -1.71 SD)
2026 Lions (offense was +1.77)
2021 Chiefs (offense was +1.75)
This is an all time Josh Allen carry job

Full game protection from injuries is AWESOME đ đ
So many bettors had Barkley in their parlays for MNF and @FanaticsSports saved the day
Lamar Jackson is 2-4 with this roster
Dallas over Philly - đâ
Two years ago the Eagles won the Super Bowl.
Tonight they're missing their QB, their top two receivers and their right tackle.
I used to work at Robinhood. Now I build NFL models, grade every pick in public, and I'm about to make the whole model free. Last week: 8 and 5.
My forecast had Philadelphia by 0.15 this morning. A coin flip.
Then I did the injury check I promised yesterday.
Jalen Hurts: injured reserve.
DeVonta Smith: out.
Dontayvion Wicks: out.
Lane Johnson: retired.
Saquon Barkley: questionable after missing two straight.
The pick flips. Dallas over Philadelphia.
But not by much. Vegas has Dallas by 4.5. I think Dallas wins by a field goal, not a touchdown. Philly's backups keep it closer than people expect.
Is this the end of the Eagles era, or does Philly shock everyone tonight?
Graded tomorrow. Follow so you don't miss the model when it goes live.
