5 rules that keep a trading account alive:
1. Risk 1% per trade. Ten losses in a row still leaves you about 90% of your account.
2. Aim for at least 1:3 reward to risk. Lose 7 out of 10 trades and you still finish up.
3. Read structure top-down. Mark the trend on the daily and 4H, then look for your entry on the 1H.
4. Respect liquidity. Price is drawn to equal highs, equal lows, and the previous day's high and low. Expect a sweep there before the real move.
5. Trade only from key levels you marked in advance. No level, no trade.
Bonus: set your stop before you enter, and never move it further away.
Which of these do you break most often?
Most traders don't have a bad strategy. They have six strategies, and they quit each one after a few losses.
Week 1: break and retest. Three losses. "This thing no dey work."
Week 2: a new indicator from YouTube.
Week 3: somebody's "secret" setup.
Every switch resets your sample to zero, so you never find out if anything actually worked.
Here's the maths that should calm you down (example, treating each trade as independent):
A strategy that wins 40% of the time has about a 64% chance of hitting 5 losses in a row somewhere in 30 trades.
So a losing streak isn't proof the strategy is broken. Often it's just what that win rate normally looks like.
What I do instead: one setup, rules written down, at least 30 trades logged before I judge it. If it still fails after that, I change one rule, not the whole system.
Be honest: how many strategies have you tried this year?

Men are deities. It’s better to pay an OS for sex than to deceive a man just to have sex with him. If he curses u, you will pay dearly
A man's pen*is is a shrine. Don’t think u can mess with every man & go scot-free
Stop lying to men just to get into their boxers 😒.
Hw does this sound?

Never let entitlement take over your emotions. The people who are there for you today may not always be in a position to be there for you tomorrow.
Entitlement can destroy relationships faster than almost anything else. The moment you start treating someone’s kindness as an obligation, you lose sight of the value of what they do for you.
Being helped is a privilege, not an entitlement. Learn to appreciate people, never take their kindness for granted, and understand that nobody owes you their support forever.
Most traders pick the lot size first, then squeeze the stop loss to fit it.
That's backwards. Do it in this order:
1. Find where your idea is wrong. That's your stop. Below the swing low, above the swing high, past the level that should hold.
2. Decide your risk in money before you touch the lot box. Say 1%.
3. Let the stop distance choose the lot size.
Example (EURUSD, $10,000 account, 1% = $100 risk, about $10 per pip on 1 standard lot):
20-pip stop: 0.50 lots
50-pip stop: 0.20 lots
Same $100 lost if you're wrong. The wider stop just gets a smaller position.
When you squeeze the stop to keep a big lot, you park it where the market hasn't proved you wrong yet. Normal noise takes you out, then price goes your way without you.
Stop first. Risk second. Lot size last.
Be honest: when you open a trade, which do you decide first, the lot or the stop?
