12 year customer, used support maybe 3 times in those years. And yet @Solid_WP could not see fit to simply temporarily disable 2 factor so I could get in and up date client sites. PATHETIC. I have cancelled any/all accounts associated with them. So, thanks for nothing, solidwp.
I am closing every account with @Solid_WP or any of their affiliates. This includes lifetime accounts for kadence. I do not want to be associated in any way with a company that cannot handle a SIMPLE support request to turn off 2 factor in 12 hours time. Pathetic! I am mad.

My 30th+ post, a 2024 DEA report notes Venezuela is a minor player in the illegal drugs coming to the U.S. They don't traffic Fentanyl, which is responsible for the most deaths ages 18-45. Venezuela trafficks cocaine but most of it goes to N. Africa/Europe, not the U.S.
When "support" sends an email to say the issue is fixed, IT SHOULD BE FIXED. And when it takes hours to respond to your "response" THAT is NOT support. That is complete AI BS NON support. ENGAGE with me, do not just send an email & think you have solved anything. SO FRUSTRATING!
I am real mad at @Solid_WP .com They need to get me access to my account NOW! This is such a simple thing, and I have been VERY VERY patient. Get this sorted!
