Researchers have dissected how #SARSCoV2 reprograms its host cells over time and probe how infected cells mount inflammatory responses to the virus, which could inform research into host-directed therapies for #COVID19. @SciSignal scim.ag/4lJ

This is a framework that can automatically transform @openEHR data into @OHDSI OMOP CDM! Uses the standard openEHR API to make it transparent to the user. Developed mappings should cover most of research needs (conditions, procedures, drugs, measurements, etc)

I feel honoured to receive this award for my talk at the #SBHD2023 Conference in Berlin among so many amazing speakers and presentations. And really thankful for all the people in the lab who have helped me, especially @1jorgeferrer for thoroughly going through each slide 😂

This is unacceptable for ANY journal. Let alone for @SciImmunology. What the hack is going on here? 4 months with zero feedback from the editor and team despite many requests from the authors for feedback.
I really cannot wrap my head around this– @SciImmunology is a high-ranking, highly reputed journal. So how can it be that in **four** months the **professional** editor does not touch our manuscript, nor drops us a single line of explanation or apology?! @ValdaVinson 1/2
