Honestly, this is still one of my favorite twists in the MCU because nobody expected it. In Civil War, Bucky reveals that HYDRA had five other super soldiers who were even more dangerous than him. They were basically elite killers who could tear a whole country apart, but the serum made them so unstable that HYDRA had to keep them frozen.
So you expect Steve, Bucky, and Tony to end up fighting five super soldiers. Instead, they get to the bunker and find all five of them dead in their pods. Zemo had already killed them while they were sleeping. He knew super-powered people would only increase the destruction, so he didn’t need to fight the Avengers himself. He used the bunker to reveal that Bucky killed Tony’s parents and let the Avengers destroy themselves from the inside.

The interesting thing is that Wakanda didn’t actually hand Vision over to S.W.O.R.D. After Thanos killed him in Infinity War, Vision’s body was left behind in Wakanda. Following the battle, the Avengers apparently left his remains behind, and S.W.O.R.D. eventually took possession of them. Remember, Vision wasn’t brought back by Hulk’s snap in Endgame because Thanos killed him before the Snap, not as part of it. So his body remained dead while everyone else returned.
What makes it worse is what we discover in WandaVision. S.W.O.R.D., under Tyler Hayward, had been dismantling Vision’s vibranium body and attempting to rebuild him into a weapon through Project Cataract. They even managed to reactivate him as White Vision. The bigger question isn’t really who allowed Wakanda to release him, but why the Avengers never secured the body of one of their own. Considering Vision was practically a living weapon made from vibranium, J.A.R.V.I.S. and the Mind Stone, leaving him behind was a massive oversight.

That's the whole point you are completely missing and why your argument will never win: there was no annexation from the part of Israel. The annexation actually came from Egypt and Jordan. Judea and Samaria were annexed by Jordan in 1948 and reconquered back by Israel in 1967. For nearly 20y, Jordan's capture of Judea and Samaria was considered an illegal annexation per international law, and by the way, no Palestinian state was ever in the cards. Arabs living there were granted Jordanian nationality (illegally), and Jordan had to (happily though) take that back in 1988, leaving arabs living there without any nationality. It's crazy history.
